Kitesurfing board – I recently purchased a duotone hybrid kiteboarding which has been fantastic. Have been a fairly regular customer over a number of years and have found the guys to be helpful, accurate with details and great with any warranty issues on a product. Highly recommend the shop.

Liars and thieves – Ocean Addicts are liars and thieves! major gashes on the sides of the boards and the board now takes in water. The edge of the board is so soft I can push it with my fingers and dent it, it is really poorly made. On some research I found out that this board is not made by Naish in their Thai factories and just a second rate product. I am not happy being lied too and Ocean Addicts are a bunch of rip offs!!!!!

Rip off merchants – Service is appalling and terrible at the best of times. Not enough staff on and when I did finally get service the young guy was condescending and rude to be honest. I ended up leaving and purchased a kiteboard package online instead, better prices online as I saved over 20% even with shipping and don't ever have to deal with these rip off merchants again

CRAP SERVICE – We purchased a 10 foot paddle board from Ocean Addicts and were informed that it would be suitable to take in the waves. The first time we took it out we were extremely angry and dissapointed at the poor quality as we found the board snapped in half first wave. conditions were really small, it never gets big hear on the sunshine coast and this was a particularly small day close to 1 foot swell. This should not have happened and upon explaining it to Ocean Addicts they blamed us for the issue and refused to help us.

Crap service and crap products.

legislation and would be worthy of an a current affair episode with their terrible service. I would have been better purchasing one from Ebay or Online from someone who gives a damn about after sales service.

Board has bubbled now unusable! – I purchased a Fanatic Allwave SUP from these guys just weeks ago and the board has literally deteriorated beyond belief. seriously can't believe how this product can be sold in Australia given Australian standards. The board is now utterly useless and unusable and they are refusing to communicate with me.

Horrible service and products – I cannot believe the service I received at this store. The manager was extremely arrogant, rude and dismissive. I have been a kite boarder for over 10 years and the service I received was just appauling. I brought my kite in for a warranty and was treated like a second class citizen, they refused warranty on the spot, didn't even open my kite bag.... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO BACKUP OR GUARRANTEES!
