Ocean Grove Blinds & Awnings

Unprofessional behaviour. Purchased nearly $23K of blinds through them - advised via email of Installation fault with 1 of our blinds. Email ghosted. Tried generic store email account - they responded and asked for an image of faulty component to be sent through via text message - this was completed without any acknowledgement from them. Two months on, they ghosted the email asking for progress. Have now escalated this, as this type of behaviour is not acceptable.

We always like to support local businesses but some prove they are not worthy of such support.
