I purchased multiple products from ocean south - emailed sales and was brushed off stating they couldn't help or make that product. I did my own research and found they did have the product I needed - emailed 9/12/25 asking to confirm no response. I have been waiting for a response since the 8th of Dec 2025 - still no reply 14/1/2026. There is no Customer Service.
What a great service provided by OCEANSOUTH for going above and beyond with prompt email response for product queries and getting my item to me in a Fast track delivery before I left on my road trip! my full boat cover now goes well with my cowl motor cover.
I got the impression that this business doesn't care if you get your order in a timely manner...or at all for that matter. Perhaps that is why they don't put their phone number (9580 0015) on their website, and are very slow to respond to the website email form?
