Service is fine - arrived fairly quickly. Only the legs to assemble, but the directions were not correct. Weighs just over 17kgs when packaged. Once you have unzipped and got the metal legs out (to convert to sofa bed), finding the release button to put them back in is tricky. The button is either on top or bottom of leg hinge. And I found that to release the back into different positions, you push it forward first. I paid just under $180.00 so you get what you pay for. Not that comfortable to sit or lay on, but ok for emergency use. Mine will be a doggy lounge.
