update and if you call via WhatsApp it rings and rings and nothing happens on the phone. There are suggested convoluted workarounds on line but the fact is the phone is advertised as having video capability and it does not work - and my grandmother is disappointed by this. This is misleading and deceptive on Olitech’s part. It needs to be addressed in a software update.

assistance and the phones work like a charm very much on the KISS principle (Keep It Simple St#pid). It is excellent value for money. We purchased 2 phones, for my wife and myself, and have been using Olitech Easy Flip phones since 2017.
Follow-up · Our favourite feature is the simplicity as we use the Easy Flip only for phone calls and SMS. We both are a little hard of hearing but we find the high volume settings excellent. Battery life I have trouble remembering as it has never been a problem but perhaps between 18 & 24 months.
I bought this phone because I excessively watch my smart phone and wanted a phone without a browser for less addictive behaviour.

Only had my easy smart flip since 17.6 25 -still working things out . The book is very good. The sound hasn't been altered - but as is , it's very good and I'm 85 , my sound starts at 30dB down . Moslly use it for messaging & calling . Show details
