another time, which, of course, was microwaved, and I nearly threw up. Charge premium prices for serving stale food and expect the customer to be happy and not complain. Coffee average.

Customer service at the Auburn Oliver brown is dissapointing. Waited more than 20 minutes for the coffee and cake but when we asked them they were like there there’s no order from you guys. But we were clearly eating 1 crossiant at the table more than 20 minutes. One of the guy was very rude to us saying, “Are u sure u order from here? “ in a judging tone. And when we were explaining he was like no there no order…yay … in a disrespectful way.

I had a pot of Earl Grey. Which was well presented. The tea was reasonably priced, the staff were polite and the environment was satisfactory. The music was a tad too loud!

Amazing customer service. Food and coffee were amazing. Definitely recommend the mango passionfruit crush and fruity crepe.

I told her that I told the girl who took my order I was a vegetarian, and that she suggested this dish. She begrudgingly took the dish away. About ten minutes later, they came back with the pasta. I ate about half before I realised I had eaten a bit of chicken. I then found more bits of chicken in my food. I went to the kitchen and asked for the manager. I told him that my food had been brought back with chicken in it,

THEY PICKED OUT THE CHICKEN AND BROUGHT THE SAME PASTA BACK, and I had eaten half. He responded that this dish comes with chicken, and he asked if I said no chicken. I don't know if they understand what vegetarian means. I stopped eating meat for my health years ago and haven't had meat since I felt sick for the rest of the day. They said they refunded the meal ( I am yet to see the refund in my account).

The idea that you can serve someone a dish that you have picked the meat out of is disgusting, lazy, nasty thing to do to a person.

daughter's hand and spilled, causing her to panic and become quite upset. I promptly apologized to the staff member and assisted in cleaning up the mess.

I then inquired if it would be possible for her to remake just half a cup to replace the spilled drink, as it was a simple accident. To my astonishment, her response was a firm no, stating it was not their mistake. Taken aback, I asked her to contact her manager. She spent 20 minutes on the phone speaking in an Asian language while I waited, and eventually turned to English, asking if I wanted to speak to her.

After that lengthy wait, I finally spoke to the so-called manager, who bluntly informed me that the situation was not their fault but mine, and they could not remake the drink. I expressed my dismay and informed her that I would be sharing my experience in a review, as I found the service quite unsatisfactory.

Great food and coffee – Great service, value and super yummy food in a lovely location.

Absolutely terrible dining, service, with zero professionalism – Absolutely AVOID Oliver Brown Oran Park....would have to rate as the worst dining and service, I have encountered in my 50 years of dining at any commercial premises. There is simply no positive to be gained out of engaging with this business. You have been warned...

Slow staff, served out of order – We were the only people in The Pinds, NSW store to order our drinks. We waited 17mins watching them make so many other drinks for customers that arrived after us. When I complained he said they have to serve customers who order on the QR code first even if they ordered after us. Would never go there again.

Oliver Brown Mascot NSW 2020 – What a terrible place, especially after always having such great experiences at another site. They are like chalk and cheese. and not even clean them. Use some service trays, invest in them, take a tray and clean cloth to the table, load all the dirty items in one fell swoop, wipe and bingo a table ready to go. The management here is lack luster to slack and I’d never come here again. I saw two lots of people sit down and once seeing the state of the place get up and go. If I was an owner I’d be is shock seeing any money walking out the door, especially with the rents they must have to pay to be in Mascot central shopping center. And don’t ask about the flies in the place and it’s autumn, but it was swarming. Honestly it was so disappointing, absolutely not what I’ve become used to at other sites, I’m sorry but Mascot, never again!

Worst ice coffee ever – Worst ice coffee i have ever had. I will never visit again. I imagine poison would taste better. Expensive and served in a small plastic cup. Definitely worth sticking away from.
