Hi why doesn’t blow air from the hose could you hlep me please
Hi, can I please have an answer on what it means when the word, "ENACTMENT" comes up on the control panel display of an APC12AC portable air-con? The compressor is now not starting in cooling mode, even after 15mins, only the fan or fans are running so it's just moving room temp air not chilling. Have tried customer service desk, they couldn't tell me anything regarding "Enactment" and the service center they put me onto when I rang them they told me they don't do air-cons. Please help. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, Mike again, I've already called your service department regarding this and they couldn't help me at all, she was just reading straight from the manual which is of no help, it doesn't even mention anything regarding "enactment" on the display at all? Her recommendation if the service center she put me onto couldn't help, which they couldn't, was to throw it out and by a new one as its now out of warranty so would probably cost more to repair than to purchase a new one. I'm not satisfied with that solution, we create way too much waste as it is without throwing things like this out before we even know what exactly is wrong with it, it could be as simple as a motor start capacitor has gone or a sensor has dislodged or died. Theres not a lot too these things, compressor, two fans, two coils and a small circuit board, so even if I had to replace the whole board in my opinion that is worth it. Although even if it is that simple I still want to know why the display has enactment on it all of a sudden and what it means?
Hey there I’m having the same trouble did you find out how to fix it?
No never recieved any answer not even from the agent. Although my issue was the compressor start capacitor, replaced that and its all good. Still has enactment on it but doesn't affect the operation of the unit at all. So no idea why it's there or what it means. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hi, I have a APC12AC was running fine yesterday, today switch it on to aircon mode and only the fans are running the compressor is not, even after 10 mins or so and on the display there is the word "Enactment" next to the room temp? What does this mean and why can't I find anything about it on the net, or in the manual???
Hi there Mike , please call our customer service desk on 1300 739 033 and one of our friendly team will trouble shoot with you. Thanks the team at Altise.
Hi, Mike again, I called customer service desk, they couldn't even find anything about this, "enactment" displayed on the screen or anything other than what the manual has already told me, useless, they did put me through to a service agent in my area, who when I called them has told me they don't do air conditioners! Again, useless! Your service desk also said that if they can't help me then I may as well throw it out and buy a new one because if it's not under warranty then they usually cost more to repair than they cost. Great! So WARNING PEOPLE, buy one of these knowing that there is zero help once it's out of the warranty period and their customer service desk is only as good as the manual supplied with the unit as that's exactly what the service desk was quoting when trying to provide, "help" on this matter. Not good enough, far from it actually!
Hi my AC unit will not turn on as it believes the ambient temperature outside is 0 degrees Celsius even though in reality it is 30 degrees Celsius. How do I fix this problem?
Hi there , if you would like to call our customer care desk on 1300 739 033 one of our friendly consultants will troubleshoot with you. Thanks the team at Altise.
