The pulp that comes out of the omega piece of crap juicer is WET.... totally what I wasn't expecting....

The good things about it were it's quiet, no froth and juice tastes nice.... But the trade off its so hard to use, clogs up, and takes an ETERNITY to make any juice and you get 20% LESS juice yeild than a standard centrifugal fast juicer.

Screw you OMEGA your vertical slow juicer is just that SLOW, crap and A waste of money and energy.

On/off toggle switch broken. No warranty – Great juicer to begin with until the on/off/reverse toggle switch gave out (no longer clicks into on/off/reverse mode). Be wary of the warranty conditions as they strictly redirect you back to the original retailer. Unfortunately, the retailer I purchased from nolonger operates. Worst customer service ever!!!! – I had my juicer serviced by some warranty team and had it posted back to me. When I opened the box the juicer was broken, so I contacted customer service and after emails going back and forth they decided to send me a new juicer. When I got it on the mail the juicer they sent to me was an old, dirty disgusting juicer that wasn’t even working… Read more

properly so after 3 months trying to get it fixed I decided to ask for a refund because I could not handle to explain over and over via email what the situation was. Well apparently my refund was refused because they fixed my juicer. Well they haven’t read the email and they don’t know once again that the juicer they fixed got broken on the mail and they sent me an old disgusting juicer with the same problem as the other one. Anyway I definitely won’t recommend this brand as it doesn’t work like they say and good luck if you need help from customer service. The worst I ever had to deal with and the lack of professionalism and care was a shock to me.

Best vertical Juicer – I have bought and been juicing every single day with the Omega VSJ843 and I am so very satisfied. your glass. I am amazed at the celery juice which is extracted to a dry pulp! This machine may look simple like the older models but it does the best job!! I recommend it above all other brands of similar price range. Anything better you would have to get the twin gears which are way more expensive and not that good at juicing soft fruits, as they tend to build up pulp in the strainer and you end up having less juice as a result. ( I know because I used to have a green power twin gear). This Omega vertical is a little gem!!

Do not buy Omega VSJ843RS – I've posted my initial review in December 2019 only to be replied asking me to send it back to the seller, what a joke! The seller is 1,788km away from me and it's not the seller"s fault! If you guys really care about your customer, you engage with me not the seller. And no remedy to fix this juicer! Terrible Juicer – This is a terrible juicer. You have to strain the pulp out of the juice. Also, the screen breaks really easily and customer service is horrible. I have waited over a month and still do not have a replacement screen. I finally had to order one and pay full price which makes buying this juicer a waste. Great product – Omega Juicers VSJ843R is excellent and really easy to clean. It's one of the best products I have bought all year. Now I can have daily juices without making a complete mess in my kitchen. So I save money and get healthy at the same time. Recommended this juicer to all my friends and family. twice for a bit more juice to come out. I had a centrifugal juicer years ago and I stopped using it, as cleaning was such a mess and difficult and there was more pulp than juice. The Omega VSJ843 is compact and super easy to clean (and safe!! as it has no sharp blades or edges). The engine is very quiet and the design is beautiful, yet well thought-out as it is a very practical device. Also works for a busy lifestyle. The only thing that was mentioned in other reviews as a "downside" is that you need to cut the fruit/vegetables in smaller pieces, as the feeding tube is narrow, but this is done in seconds & the quick clean up and mess free usage makes up for the cutting a hundred times. Just LOVE IT! Highly recommended!!!
