Unreliable company. They promise you spare parts when you purchase and then months after they still don't have them in stock. My juicer has been gathering dust for nearly a year waiting to be used again. Do yourself a favour and go with another brand. Their juicer are expensive, the parts need replacing often, the parts are expensive and scarce. Worst experience ever

Don’t waste your money – This juicer is only good for celery. It does not juice. Anything else it gets clogged. It takes forever. You can’t even use watermelon or pineapple or apple. It’s useless. I’ve tried to get my money back for the last six months and just keep getting mucked around the customer services disgusting It’s almost as bad as the machine itself. Don’t buy it. The one I was using beforehand which cost me $100 was so much better. Show details

MM should stop advertising this! – Bulky, heavy, and slow Too expensive to only work on juicing celery I get the same amount of juice than when using a much cheaper, less bulky, faster machine Have to waste a lot of water to be able to clean it Parts break easily (see photo of one part, others got broken too in the first month of usage) Whoever says they get more than 1 litter in… Read more

a go, must be lying, as even the instructions say not to use it for more than a litre without cleaning. Mine struggles when reaching the 1 littler. To describe this machine as a disappointment in a box is an understatement.

Excellent yield and easy to use – Need to pre order due to the high demand! Purchased this model after frustration of using three other cold press juicers, Breville, Hurom and Kurving, as all of them have a number of components to clean and assemble, but most importantly, the pulps were still wet after juicing. We juice 3 litre of celery juice in the morning so they are just… Read more

not delivery my need. These brands have to stop and required to clean quite a few times for juicing few bunches of celery.

Finally, my husband took up Anthony William’s recommendations in March 2021 and he pre ordered the juicer for $649 plus urgent delivery fees.

Honestly, this is the best cold press juicer that we have. High yield with lower quantity of celery required for 3 litres of juice in one go. No drama no issues. This juicer just keep doing its job! Very efficient. Extremely dry pulp.

Only few components need to be cleaned and takes no time to assemble too!

I also love their post sales customer services as after six months of use by the recommendations/instructions of the juicer, the seal for the sieve cone fall apart, but they are quick to response and delivery a complimentary one to us without any problems, we need to pay our own postage which is very reasonable.

Highly recommended and it can also be used for other fruits and veges too!
