Just okay – Have had to call the plumber out twice for repairs and always just out of warranty period. I only use it when there is a full load so maybe three times per week. Depending on the dishwasher tablets, it can sometimes get blocked where the water jets are. Happy with the look of the item though. I normally just quickly rinse dishes before I put them in.  Show details

Dont waste your money – Honestly the bigger piece of poop weve ever wasted money on, had it fixed twice, its out of warrent now and of course crapped itslf, spends 70% of its life blocked, beeping E4 or leaking, it was great at first but i wish i had read the reviews before we brought it.  Show details

Have loved this, but disappointed i can't get it repaired – I've found this affordable dishwasher to eb a powerhouse for cleaning! I never rinse items and I put everything in this. It is important to clean the filter and the water spray arms otherwise it doesn't rinse well. I have been dissapointed that the button console deteriorated quite early and I couldn't source a replacement piece. Seems a shame to need to replace the whole machine just for the electronics.  Show details

great dishwasher – after doing a bit of shopping around checking different prices, quality and country of origin I went for the Omega , it looks great and it is made in Italy, it does a great job with standard detergent and is very quiet , over all a great buy which I will recommend  Show details

SO FAR SO GOOD – How well does it clean and dry your dishes? it is great Is it quiet or loud? a bit in the middle, but with the TV on you don't notice it. Appalling - throwing it out only 6 months old – Bought this dishwasher because wanted the cutlery tray. The machine has 2 spray bars which are sealed plastic. The trouble is that food scraps get recycled with the water, into the inside of the spray bays and completely block the water spray. Trash – Was ok at the start but really Doesn't Clean anything. No good looking great and being quiet when it doesn't do the job intended. Door won't shut – Door won't shut. Had it repaired (took 3 weeks to get part into NZ) then broke again 2 weeks later. We were told it had never happened before on any of their machines and we must be abusing the dishwasher, however as a "sign of goodwill" they would repair it. Norman, shop we bought it at, to report broken again. Rang again next day to follow up, we were told job was under way. We waited a week, rang repairman used last time and he knew nothing about it, rang Harvey Norman they said job was not underway. Now 3 weeks until move. Repairman didn't really want to repair it as he said Omega were difficult to deal with and made him pay for parts up front (ie 3 weeks before delivery!). Harvey Norman gave us a different story every time we rang (daily). Part was never dispatched from Omega. We moved. Then had call from repairman two hours from where we live now to ask when were we dropping the dishwasher off? Absolutely terrible aftercare service, warranty doesn't seem to mean a thing. Accusing customer of abusing their dishwasher rather than admit a fault is unacceptable. Expecting a customer to drive two hours each way to drop if off to be fixed because the issue was not dealt with at their end in a timely fashion or properly fixed the first time is also unacceptable. Dispute still underway. Dishwasher still broken.

This is the worse dishwasher and aftersales ever – We had the washer for 3 weeks, an error 1 came up got in the technician told us there was concrete lodges inside the drain, again after a week of dish washes the same thing happened, now after two years we have to fork out for a new one this brand is just unreliable. When it worked it was not fantastic it did its job 'by doing research and investing in a proofen brand would have saved me all this trouble.

Do not buy it!! – I wish I had read reviews before making this purchase. As mentioned in other posts I have to add rinse add every single time, power or tablets doesn't either pop out of the dispenser or dissolve during some cycles. The filter doesn't filter out small food particles and they get stuck inside the spray arms & you can't get them out.

I'm looking at getting rid of it and purchasing another (will do my homework this time though).

After 2 months error 4 on my machine appears – We drained the dishwasher there is no water in the bottom but will not start.called customer service and they are sending out a technician ,back to washing dishes I'm very disappointed the plates do came out clean and dry though even on the 60 wash but not happy now though.

Biggest piece of crap dishwasher ever owned – had this dishwasher just over 2 years, (lucky I took 5 yr extended warranty care), middle shelf rollers all broke and slide out support collapsed leaving middle shelf just hanging there. stuck in holder and doesn't dissolve. Spoke with service guy about dry dishes, he said that I have to open the door after every wash to let the dishes dry (what a joke, on a 2hr 20 min cycle that could sometimes be 10 oclock at night, not getting out of bed to open dishwasher door.)

warranty issues – Great dishwasher for 6 months then the door wouldn't shut. The dishwasher was under warranty but I had to keep chasing up omega to fix it. They didn't have the parts to fix it which I thought was very unprofessional. Its still not fixed 2 weeks after contacting them and they don't seem to care too much. I wouldn't purchase this brand again.

Needs dynamite and a match – Just started renting. Brand new house. Typical omega stainless appliances pack installed including this dishwasher. rinse aid every wash to end up with dry dishes on the standard 2 hr 20 min cycle. Bottom drawer slides in on angle when in/out jamming in tracks. Design flawed. Pots/Landon pots setting still come out dirty am despite hand rinsing prior. If you want cheap & nasty bang for buck buy a different make/model. Can't wait until my lease ends to cease fighting with this dishwasher every cycle. It is reasonably quiet Design and fit out, poor drying, inconsistent wash results cheap and nasty

Doesnt work new out of the box!!! – Doesnt work straight out of the box! Bought this new from ebay brand new never open. My plumber installed it after everything was done theachine didn't work??? It was showing e1 code error to do with taps being not open. Checked everything was fine still e1 code item was faulty :( it seriously broke the smile on our faces.
