Nice looking equipment! – I need advise as to how I can clean the oven / stove please. What and how to use a cleaning product. It is a rental property and there is no manual for this equipment to get some advise. No idea as to when the equipment was purchased and fitted in the house. The various parts seem to work fine.

Stainless steel top scratched – had this stove put in as part of our new home package. It was covered in a black oily sludge. After cleaning with spray and wipe and Hallmark stainless steel cleaner I found scratches all over the top. I contacted Barrington homes, and they did nothing. six months later, Barrington about to go to NCAT about other matters, I contact Omega, and they tell me the scratches are caused by cleaning, and not covered under warranty, so they are off to NCAT as well. I am a cleaner, and have never scratched a stainless steel product before using spray and wipe, Microfibre cloth, or Hallmark stainless steel cleaner. Stay away from Omega, as they must use a very low grade steel. Or do not admit to having a product leave the factory scratched. large oven poor quality, bad warranty service.
