Will avoid them at any cost – We signed up an EOI with them for their co-living project in QLD. Once the sales of advice was signed they changed the contracted amount and when we disputed and requested for a refund, they refused. Please get your conveyancer to check contract thoroughly as you might not get a refund either or could end up spending more than you signed up for. Abusive owner and thoroughly rude! Not something you would expect when going through your first property purchase.

Smsf package land+house under 1 contract – Bought a house&land under 1 contract with SMSF, the process was easy and Raymond the director was very helpful all the way, and answered all our questions. We are happy, house will be buid soon. Hopefully will buy a 2nd one soon. I couldn't see any reviews from other buyers, so I'm starting this review.
