Terrible Service – If you are looking for poor customer service, careless staff, look no further, One Smile Knox is the right place! My 10 years old daughter had horrible teeth pain, I made an appointment through the online booking system and headed to their clinic. When I arrived at the reception, they told me they don’t have any record for my booking (though my booking was confirmed by a text message). They gave us the last available appointment that day, they did not investigate the problem with the online booking system, they did not practice any duty of care and evaluate the urgency of my daughter's condition. I waited for one hour and then went to the emergency in the hospital who took immediate measures and provided the necessary care for my daughter. I’m happy that my experience with One Smile Knox did not extend to medicals, I hope their medical practice is better than their customer service.
