Incomplete work, no communication – We had it mostly installed but the smart meter could not be installed as the wiring one source did was “defective”. One source cannot be contacted to fix it. Disgraceful customer service – Glitzy sales pitch, quick turn around time from quote to installation. Absolute Rubbish Customer Service because there is none. poor performers – I signed with them 16/1/2020. On the 18/3/2020 they were to fit the panels and nobody showed up. They have tried to start taking the payments but I have managed so far to hold them off. They don't return phone calls and I have been trying for 2 weeks. Rip off experts – Purchased a Sungrow inverter and 21 Canadian solar panels last November. Checked the panel serial numbers with Canadian Solar and was advised that they were not genuine Canadian panels. Even though my contract clearly states that. type of panels. Saleswoman [Name Removed] spruked about the company being members of the Clean Energy Council, I checked that out and they are not, even though the logos are on the company website. I have been chasing One Source for months trying to get the panels replaced or compensate me but just getting ignored. So looks like a legal battle coming up. Please check your panels if you have purchased from this company. Don't believe anything they tell you and their website is full of crap, please never use them.

Hopeless there blog is full of rubbish, had solar installed late November the installers damaged the roof, – Panels don't like up and senior said they cannot be fixed, again another lie as have been advised by another installer it can be fixed, have called many times unable to get someone to fix issues, very poor performance.
