On top of that, I have also been trying to pay for my business email service and the system would not accept the payment, leaving me unable to keep my business email active. The information they were sending by email day after day did not help resolve the issue at all. Their instructions were confusing and in some cases simply incorrect, especially in relation to the options shown on their own website.

In my opinion, the support provided by Only Domain is unacceptable and completely unhelpful. People should be aware that if you need fast, reliable support for your business, you won’t get it with Only Domain. They treat their customers very poorly and make it extremely difficult to get any proper assistance.
