I wish I had looked at more reviews. This is the worst internet company of any sort I have had the displeasure of dealing with. 1. They claim domain names are moved in 5-7 days but after 12 days my domains are still "pending". I cannot cancel the order or move them anywhere else. 2. They claim 24 7 support. In my opinion this is a lie. They have a picture of a phone but you can only raise a ticket or a chat. Using the chat will not get you to a person but only the offer of an email - which you will never get. Raising a ticket gets you a glib response and told to check the FAQs.

I am now still stuck waiting for these people to finish the transfers so I can go somewhere else.

No customer support - takes days to get a valid response and now I have been on chat WAITING for 2 hours. They used to be great but now they are abysmal. Anyone needing fast, reliable support for your business, DO NOT EXPECT to get it with Only Domains. They treat their customers badly and make it extremely difficult to get any proper help or assistance.

I have been using Only Domain for some time and used to appreciate the fact that I could call them directly whenever I had an issue. Unfortunately, they have now removed that option and it is no longer possible to speak with anyone over the phone. Instead, you are forced to deal with an AI system that doesn’t understand the issue and wastes hours of your time with no resolution. After that, the only option is to send an email to their support team and wait a day or two for a reply.

On top of that, I have also been trying to pay for my business email service and the system would not accept the payment, leaving me unable to keep my business email active. The information they were sending by email day after day did not help resolve the issue at all. Their instructions were confusing and in some cases simply incorrect, especially in relation to the options shown on their own website.

In my opinion, the support provided by Only Domain is unacceptable and completely unhelpful. People should be aware that if you need fast, reliable support for your business, you won’t get it with Only Domain. They treat their customers very poorly and make it extremely difficult to get any proper assistance.
