Poor customer service. Can only contact via email and all responses are from AI. Very slow delivery. I have been waiting a week for the AI bot to say my order is confirmed. I feel it is a scam and I hope to get a refund.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 28 January to be delivered to a Brisbane suburb and have heard nothing and seen nothing. Needed them sooner for holidays and stick with my Adidas.
