does not have all the monitoring features that opel says it's original app had. We could have purchased any mobile and used family link if we knew. Disappointed.

Dont waste your money – My child worked out very quickly how to get around parental control. Opel claimed it was the device and now a design flaw so I got a new one, same problem. All the kids have to do to get around the controls is restart the phone and they can access and download anything. There may as well not be any parentals controls.

Don’t bother – Bought this phone for my child as I wanted a basic phone to track her travelling to and from school. Worked fine for the first few months, then phone went into a “boot loop”. that was supposed to fix this glitch, but it never worked, I sent them email, never heard back. No support, very low quality app, and their updates were useless. Do not buy this phone. I ended up returning the second phone and getting an Oppo and it has been smooth sailing since and I use Life 360 for tracking.

Nightmare!! – My wife and I spent 7 hours trying to set up our sons phone. After downloading 3 additional parental permission security and tracking apps, we still couldn't connect our phones to the opel. The built in apps don't exist! All we could get was "This phone is off-line". Zero help from opel. The idea may be great but everything works in theory. This system doesn't. Show details

Never again – Parental features are the only good thing about this phone. Not great for kids, poor battery life and break easily. Show details

Perfect for kids right through to teenagers – This really helps them navigate the world of social media safer and has everything a parent could want for a kids phone. Plus it looks like any other android, no one would notice

phone”. She can still listen to her podcast and music text and call the white list. She’s been using it for the last week and is enjoying it and it does the job a phone needs to do. We highly recommend for teens and kids.

Good first phone – Works as advertised, couldn't get mobile data to work but live chatting to a very helpful Opel mobile employee named Ria fixed it. Very good it doesn't have camera, no child or young adult should ever have a camera.

Nothing listed in App controls – Great first phone with parental control. One happy kid and parents.

Great phone – My son uses this phone with no problems and likes it.
