Openpay, easy and convenient
Very easy to use, splitting even the smallest amounts is quite convenient for me as some things don't fit in the budget each fortnight, this allows for purchases that are needed but not usually afforded
Love openpay use it often.Better than afterpay.Credit limit needs to be higher,or credit go up the more you use .Service is great I would use it more if the credit was higher
Disgusting predatory business
Disgusted in this predatory company. Your account gets closed if you try and make extra payments. And then slogged an extra $10 for every day you miss a payment. You basically can't pay it off early! I was in hospital with pneumonia and missed a payment and was advised of 2 late payment charges within four days of missing my direct debit. Don't go near this company. It's not Australian.
Great way to shop on a budget
It’s the only way to shop now as things are so expensive, it really is a great way to shop on a budget, I’ll definitely will be back using open pay again
Easy way for a pensioner to purchase when needing things
As i am on a Pension and don't like having a credit card this option Open pay is a
very convenient way for me to be able shop without big credit interest payments .
Good but restrictive
Only use open pay to shop at Bunnings.. tried take make a couple of payments early but if you do they block your account and do a ‘risk audit’ which is the most senseless thing I have ever heard of. I understand doing that if your late on payments but for paying early! That’s just dumb or a smart way To set you up to miss payments so they can charge you the $10 late fee as you will no longer be able to see your plans or when the next payment is due. If they fix this issue then I don’t think it will be a bad option to use.
Awesome way to shop and easy to shop, was very quick to check out at the register at the self service check out making it better and user friendly great work
Best way to shop
Open pay is very convenient
Easy fast transactions
And simple payment plans I most definitely
Recommend Open pay to anyone especially parents with children
The more plans you do the more funds are available to use on your next purchase
The best way to replace a credit card
It is great to use. Easy to use and cost is nil. So much better than paying by credit. You can buy what you need and plan your payments. Wish it was available at more outlets.
Service is good. App only fair. Spending limit leaves a lot to desire. I find it quite amazing that I cannot use the account often as I only have a $200 spend limit.
Love it. So easy to use, easy affordable payment plans. My son uses it as well. Mire options are coming which is fantastic. I have fixed both mine and my sons car using open pay.
Openpay is great. I have been able to get my car serviced and new tyres. Also new garden equipment that I could have not have afforded to pay for outright.
Some more places to use openpay would be amazing.
Completely useless. Customer service is severely lacking. They blocked my partner from using his account because he didn't update his address, yet allowed me to use mine, despite my address nor being updated. They block me from using my account because I made early payments and apparently that was fraudulent behaviour. They refuse to even attempt to debit payments then charge fees for late payment, even if you make the payment manually the same day before their deadline.
They hounded me consistently at work for a "late payment" that I had not only paid but had to do manually.
They block your account with no warning. There is 0 communication unless they think they're entitled to more money from you.
Not a single plan I've used has gone smoothly. When I bring this to the attention of customer service, they yell down the phone. They have a 24 hour call back time to speak to a manager, so you can't even report the bad customer care (we've asked several reps for a manager, even with calm exchanges). There is not a single thing about openpay that I like and I will be closing my account permanently when this is done. Sticking with Zippay and Afterpay, they know how to take care of customers.
OpenPay App is fantastic!
Great app, very quick and easy to use! Sure I'll be making another purchase using this payment method again very soon!
The level of customer support offered is great and they are always able to help resolve any problems.
Perfect for an unexpected purchase
I find this to be very handy for use with my projects around the house, open pay makes it easy to get everything I need without knocking out my fortnightly budget in one swoop
Fast and simple! I’m over the moon at how easy it is to use Openpay at the register on the way out of Bunnings the other day. Completely recommend them
So easy to use
So easy to buy what you need and pay little bit each fortnight same deal as afterpay but better in the way you have longer to pay off which makes it really easy to use
Easy to use and simple payment plans
Used this many times for multiple purchases. Easy and fast at check out . And can pay out early if you need. It’s been a godsend for spreading the cost of items needed
OpenPay charges you $2.50 on top of each payment you make, for amounts $100-$1000. This increases with larger amounts. You could end up paying a lot of money for your loan. But when you call to speak to them about payments for a plan, they do not quote the amount adjusted with the charge. They quote the amounts WITHOUT the charge. On my first phone call to get information on a plan in June, I was told there would be a 50c transaction fee for each payment. This was a lie. This is NOT transparent business practice. Buyer beware. I don’t believe half the reviews on here. They’re strangely similar in tone and language, and Bunnings is mentioned way too many times.
Great service, but I hope you are reading your review!
My only issue is your choice of font colours in your app, really hard to read in some lighting. Make bolder or darker. I hope you are taking onboard feedback about increasing limits for loyal customers
