Openpay is great, makes shopping easy.
Bunnings got me onto openpay, and I been using it ever since, it’s great for when you ain’t got enough cash on you. And the repayments are great and easy.

"Fraud" Scam, Rip-offs openpay,
My wife awoke this morning with her phone going ballistic ding ding ding one after the other, Openpay 37 rapid withdrawals, all different amounts taken from a card and account that they had no access to, we rang the bank to report Fraud they couldn't help, we rang open pay they refused to give money back just asking when would be a good time to make more payments on the account, that same day openpay sent the bill to recoveries corp, dept of trading can't help because it's at a credit collection agency even though the account isn't in arrears,

Read moregot a call from recoveries corp to ask when we can make payments said we can fix the rest owing when the other money that was taken be returned to that account, then a few days later in the evening openpay takes $70 from account again and gives no access to see where the money goes, you would think if the app isn't working and they are still taking money of people you think we could see it on the app but not use it I think a whole lot of people would sleep easier, We will try a current affair next see how that goes, Oh yes sorry FAR KEW OPENPAY zero stars

No matter when or how much my wife puts into her bank account Openpay randomly take it.

Constant $9.50 payments
BE VERY CAREFUL $9.50 SCAM
At the moment I have given one star because they wont allow me to do none. I used Open Pay while it was available, was never late with payments and actually liked it. BUT!!! When they went broke they sent me an email and also information about the situation. At that time I had 6 different active plans, so simply paid each of them out that same day. The app says I have NO active plans and ALL plans are completed and I owe $NIL. BUTTT!!! since paying this out I have now had 5 lots of 9.50 payments taken out of my account with no explaination. Everytime I put money in that account they help themselves to lots of $9.50 payments (so far over $50.00. I have sent through emails to support but not response as expected.
Scum of the earth
Randomly taking 9.50 fees out of my bank , even when I take my money out of that acc the still manage to overdraw my acc I have no overdue payments they are doing this to so many people just cause u have gone bust doesn’t mean u can just randomly take money from ppl account can’t even leave money on my card cause of u guys !!!!!
Refund kept and management fees
Openpay refused to refund my money back (months of generic 'fob-off' emails) and even though the company has gone bust they still have the gall to charge management fees on top of purchases. Their 'management' is fraudulent.
SCUM!

Absolute shocking customer service
Returned item which I paid for on open pay- store refunded back to original payment method, which was open pay. Your crappy customer service team then kept telling me I have the refund. Showed them CLEAR af receipts which showed that the payment was returned back to them - spoke to customer service multiple times and they had no clue what they were on about.. all for them to in the end tell me they changed policies and it’s up to the seller to refund me now if they want- meaning they have refund from the seller as well as money from me which th

Absolutely mind blown to how stupid, rude and unhelpful your “customer service” team is. It’s been over a month since I have been trying to get money back which is owed to me and now I just haven’t heard back from your so called customer service team. Also, over 40 min wait time if you do want to speak to someone however no point as they are belittling and don’t understand simple things. Also, up until it came to new management/ trying to receive a refund- I had no issues with open pay and used them for several purchases. They obviously just stopped caring since changes were made. Good thing they’re closing down.

Be careful
Someone has hacked my account and used my account to start new plans. Hopefully I see my money again that was taken from my account without my knowledge. Rubbing it in by asking me to do a review when I’ve been hacked.

I used my friends openpay account to buy a phone I made the first installment payment in store with my card and I have the receipt for the phone I haven't paid her my payment recently because we are fighting she is saying she's going to get my phone blocked can she do that ?
It’s your phone and the agreement was you could use it
However who is asking for payment as Openpay is in administration they have gone bust they can chase you or her but have no leg ti stand on and doesn’t affect anyone’s credit either
So no payments needed as much as they say you do
And the phone is yours that’s just a means if control she wothotosed the oayment and the phone is in your name
I can't find openpay as an option for bunnings online?
Because No One can Use Openpay as of the 7/2 As They have gone into Receivership so you will have to find another payment option till further notice
Openpay works with mydeal klarna and kogan

As soon as I opened the openpay.app I saw Bunnings
It’s in administration and has been for months can’t be accepted anywhere they owe there lender so not sure what your using
