Time wasting customer support – Oporto online support has confirmed that my 9 year old Flame Rewards account was deleted by accident. Although they confirm, they do not take any responsibility and do not make up for their own mistake. They asked me to open a new account which I did and offered me $15. tier to where it should be which is "platinum". They refused and offered gold tier. I accepted even though I was not happy. This was a week ago and still no changes or a response to my email. I first got in touch with the online support in November 2024 and it is February 2025 now. I guess I will be avoiding Oporto for the rest of my life. Unbelievable
Slow service and never responds to feedback requests – This Burleigh Heads store is ALWAYS slow. Gave it my third attempt today: the bacon and egg meal deal for $5, which is a bacon and egg burger, hash brown, and orange juice. Order placed at 10:09am and confirmed in the app, and finally served to me at 10:40am. Yep, over 30 minutes to cook those 2 small items. And as a side-note: this store opens at… Read more
10am and stops breakfast at 11am, so you've only got a one-hour window to get any breakfast.
As I said, this is the third time I've ordered this breakfast deal, but no more. Today's half-hour wait was the final straw.
Will NOT be buying from this particular Oporto store again. The experience isn't worth it.
