service was slow, ordered 2 rappa meals the 2 wrap rolls had one chicken fillet cut into half to make 2 pieces. There were more salad and sauce than chicken. the wrap to come in 2 whole pieces unless ordered more other wise. POOR PORTION AND SERVICE. Show details

Useless manager and daylight robbery – I ordered a familia feast and paid $50 for this meal. The board clearly said the burgers have pineapple and bacon. When i came home i realised that none of the burgers came with pineapple or bacon. what type of burger i was getting. This is unaccepable behaviour and this manager should be sacked. He goes further to talk when am talking, doesn't listen to customers and then puts the phone down on me. Oporto management you need to sack that manager. Its disgraceful to run a business like this esp. When I am there every week to buy oporto.
