month to get parts from Sydney for repair. Then I shipped it to your Sydney main repair office that will be expired soon or will be reached, as I have borrowed an old one from some friend for these days without a phone. But though I am chasing through emails and phones. I am not getting any proper response; yesterday a lady named Trista said it is still due for assessment by a technician. I am so frustrated and upset. No clue, no time frame of repair. When it was already assessed by their nominated repairer and they found fault, why are they again taking so much time to assess it? And it is just the assessment taking so much time; no clue when the repair will be complete, and more days to get back from Sydney to Brisbane.

My only disappoinment is that when you attach a protective case to the phone you can no longer enjoy the beautiful sculptured lines and finishes on the phone. A happy customer.

to 6 phones a year and so the like 6 months Ive had it I cannot kill it great speaker so fast so reliable battery life is amazing like 24 hours for me and that's like 5 hours of listing to music or YouTube in a tractor all day And charges in like 10 15min . Just will not fit In my shirt pockets

amazing and much better than the Galaxy note that i had and when compared to the newest Samsung model at the time could tell side by side the camera was superior.
Charges insanely fast with the standard charger that comes with it. Can charge from flat to full on around 30 minutes probably even less.
Fragile – Works okay, battery life is average, not as powerful as youd think considering it jas a snapdragon 888. The keyboard constntly misses certain letters when typing, specificaly the "a". Update Dec 22 Battery is terrible, also the fast charging (phone, not charger) stopped working within 6 months. Phone keeps switching off and restarting randomly. Screen isnt bright enough in daylight. I guess Oppo isnt as good as they say...!
Network issues, unable to catch weak signal compared to other phones. Terrible customer service – Contacted Oppo several times with multiple issues with in 2 week period . Both Oppo and Harvey Norman blaming each other instead of refund. Oppo said to send the phone to Sydney or Melbourne for service, luckily not to china. They need 3weeks to check, an easier way to fool customers and not offering any loan phones. Show details
This is a review of Oppo Australia – I purchased this phone from the Oppo Australia website 3 days ago. Today I emailed their customer support and requested a status of the order. They emailed me back and told me to speak with online chat as they are too busy to reply. Spoke with the online team only to be told that I have to email. and dissatisfaction only to get a email that my order was cancelled! Then 10 minutes after that I get a email stating they will try and track my order! I called their Australian customer service number at least a dozen times throughout the day but could not hear one person on the other end and ended up having to hang up each time. Hands down the worst customer service experience for a long long time, and that's from a company that not only prides themselves on customer service but has won awards for it!
Nice phone but too expensive for what it is – Oppo find X3 pro is a nice phone but little expensive for what it is.? When you can buy similarly priced S21 ultra which is better in many ways at least for use. Show details
