Good experience – Received the reconditioned phone yesterday was very good condition overall a good experience
Extremely Poor Audio Quality – For an $800 phone the audio quality is EXTREMELY POOR! It is very tinny in every way, I can only assume they have used substandard chipsets. It is tinny through it's own speaker, car Bluetooth, home stereo Bluetooth and Oppo's wireless ear buds. Then other features of the phone are all great, BUT audio is something that is extremely important with a phone. I've had 3 Oppo phones now, but I think this will be my last.
Terrible phone , absolute let down – This is my second Oppo brand phone both have been completely disappointing. Especially considering not cheap in comparison. Phone is slow , camera is very average when compared with others. Battery life is very poor. Won't buy another oppo phone and won't sign up with Optus again. Very dissapointed . If you have more budget, do not buy this phone – The phone is so hard to use and fragile. First week, drop from my knee with covers and toughened screen. It broken.i understand it is my fault. Oppo Find 5x Lite – Love Oppo mobiles I'll never use anything else, Went from Reno Z to the Find X5 Lite. The camera is AMAZING so many features, heaps of storage 258gb and can also add an SD card. Performance is better than your above average laptop! The company themselves have the best service and warranty, Customer service is 10/10 great offers too
