Optifast

Optifast delivery service – Have been trying to get a refund from the company for the last month. Their delivery did not show up and when I asked for a refund they said your boxes are kept by the delivery company (unknown) go and get it. I kept explaining that it has not been delivered and no contact has been made but no answer is coming up although I asked for someone to take over the case and resolve it. Now after a month still no answer and no delivery and no refund. There is no one who answers to the complaints in this company. Cancellation was done 3 weeks ago but there is no refund.
