They made a delivery but didn’t give me any update the delivery guy didn’t even ring the door bell. The food went bad as we noticed the package a day after it was delivered to our front door ! I tried to contact them unable to call or speak to someone! I have proof of video how badly it was delivered and the food has now gone to waste I spent over 120 dollars ! Show details

Set up a reoccurring order to arrive on sundays. Missed one week and nobody got back to me. Was left without lunches for a week. Sent another email and asked for a refund - they replied to that email but no the email where my order didn’t arrive! Not reliable Show details

Loving my macros meals. They are delivered so quickly. I am surprised by how fresh the meals are I have a fair few favourites already. Tuesday but expire by Saturday. My previous meal company also delivered fresh cooked meals, yet they lasted much longer.

Overall, the quality and freshness do not meet expectations. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, let alone my dog.

communication. I emailed the company politely Monday night asking about the status of my delivery. NO REPLY. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went. Still no reply and no update on my order. Finally on Thursday morning I emailed again and said I'd be putting a complaint in through PayPal for a refund, if I didn't hear from them about my delivery status. Lo and behold, suddenly my delivery status is updated - and my delivery is "On the Way". However, STILL NO EMAIL or correspondence or explanation whatsoever. It's now Friday 8th August, 6 days after the delivery date I chose, and I still have no idea when my order will arrive or why it was delayed, and no courtesy email from the company whatsoever despite 2 times contacting them. They don't even have one of those automatic replies after you send an email saying "We received your email". Is this how Macros run their business? Appalling.

Probably the best food deliver service & also great value for money. For example 10 meals costs $118. I also love the variety of foods they provide. For example they literally have a separate menu just for pastas. Their website unlike lite & Not so easy is also user friendly. Solid product, and the fresh not frozen is real differentiator from the competition. Website can be a bit tricky, but the ability to skip orders if you're travelling (which I do frequently) is a game changer. No more coming home to perished meals.
