OPTIFAST Chocolate Bars – Absolutely love them! Delicious flavour and my favourite! No Fuss!

Dissapointed – I have been eating an optifast bar (primarily cappuccino) for breakfast every day for many years. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not happy at all with the new texture/taste. Thought i was going to lose a tooth.

Very filling – I used half a bar for breakfast and half for lunch. fruit for snakes in between. Have a normal balanced dinner. Keep off the carbs Lost 5 kg in 2 weeks. And exercise regularly Show details

Yummy & So Tasty – UPDATE They have changed the recipe November 2023 & they are hard, taste disgusting & give you gastric after just eating half a bar. I DO NOT RECOMNEND THEM AS OF NOVEMBER 2023... Good if can get on special, otherwise can be costly 6 to a box.

I usually get my nearest chemist to price match to wherever is on special for $19.99 if I can otherwise my nearest is $23.99 which is Ok price

New recipe Optifast bars are awful – New recipe Optifast bars are awful. Taste dry no flavour. Used to be really good. I was happy with the way they were. Now you reduced the sugar but added more salt and it has less fibre?? Optifast support group 99% agree they are awful. CHANGE THEM BACK PLEASE
