Receivers' nightmare – Bought this phone for my 4yo because it was cheap, to watch videos on YouTube and play games. It lags terribly and crashes a lot, that i had to put it away. Not even good enough to be a toy – This phone is a joke. It's so slow that it is basically unusable for anything. up to another 2 minutes. Trying to respond to the message? Good luck getting the keyboard to open up in a timely manner. And you will often begin to type the message and it will just not respond. Again, this is using the phone straight of the box, no other apps, with all other apps closed and not using the processor. In a practical sense, the phone's processor cannot handle the most basic and fundamental task that a PHONE should do. Not worth even a cent of your money.

Worse phone ever – PH freezes every 10 mins, internet slow, alarm doesn't work and answering calls is a nightmare. Would not buy for my worst enemy. Absolutely crap ph. Optus should be ashamed. Show details

Terribly slow - returned it for a refund – I bought this phone for my 12yr old as his first phone for xmas. Clicking on any application, such as contacts, took a good 10-15 seconds for the application to open.

The camera was grainy and terrible, and certainly not something you would take photos with.

If it's this slow out of the box, it would be completely unusable with any additional apps installed.

Optus should feel ashamed for selling this phone. It's not what one would expect.

I originally bought it from kmart. They didn't want to give me a refund, but I argued it was not fit for use, and when they had a play with it they had to agree, and gave me a refund.

Don't waste your money.

slow as hell. When I press something it takes forever for it to load up. Also random noices come from it when I turn it off. It happens while I’m in the cinema or watching a concert. Overall don’t waste your money on this, just don’t.

Perfect for basic use – Im satisfied with this phone as originally purchased for my 13yo child with this phone been basic compared to other phones we own in the house hold it does everything ypu could want from the games n apps for the kids to a fairly decent camera the screen brightness is perfect over all if u just want a basic phone to make calls text n games for kids this is the phone for you.  Show details

out blurry and most of the time show up in the photo gallery as blanks - and that's if you can even take a picture at all. It freezes up constantly too. The only thing this phone is good for is possibly throwing it at a wall. I'm really angry that this phone is even marketed and endorsed by Optus. Looking at these reviews other people have had the same trouble. I'm taking it back tomorrow and demanding a refund.

Dirt in a box – Complete waste of money. Struggles to operate straight out of the box. Can not recommend anyone buying this for any purpose what so ever. Would not even give to a child to play with. This is awesome – I think the camera is good it runs smoothly I can receive calls and download apps such as instrgram Snapchat Facebook twitter subway surfers bitmoji flashlight and helix jump. Not a good choice – I grabbed this from the supermarket because I needed a fill in and it was the cheapest one from a recognizable seller. Well that was a mistake. It's a very slow and frustrating phone to use. Bad screen, poor battery life and slow to respond. My advice with this model is just dont! Can't even turn the d.... think on! – Dirt in box without manual from officeworks, no instructions. Put on charger - 3 cheers hurrah face lit up - but HOW TO TURN ON?? Doesn't take my previous SIM (and Optus mobile No that I want to hang on to) only micro SIM - what a drag that is already!! Installs adware against your will – after purchasing, the phone had a range of issues. Low storage, constant freezing, poor camera quality, but by far the worst and mostly unspoken about issue is the pre-installed adware. Worst phone ever had. Never ever get it – So so very slow, little memory. Would rather not even have a phone it is so pathetic. Glad I got this off my chest cause it is an absolute rubbish phone. Freezes every 3 seconds, can't handle applications, can't receive all text messages, freezes everytime someone calls. Worst phone ever, I want my brick nokia. Average At Best – Cannot recommend this phone. It pretty much fails at all levels as a so called smart phone. Poor processor and lacking RAM it is a painful experience to browse with unless you enjoys slow and lagging. The camera is nonsense and the screen is rather dull. I suppose battery life is OK due to not using it much and actual calls are OK. Only buy this as a gift for somebody you are trying to annoy.  Show details

Works But Average – Got this a cheapie supermarket fill in because I left my phone at my folks place. Hmm well it can successfully make and receive calls and texts but I wouldn't tru much else with it. I tried Google maps but it just hung forever on the update. I think the problem is low RAM. Perfect for those who dont want a working phone – This phone would be a great paper weight. Although it doesn't weigh much so it would probably be as good a paper weight as it is a phone. calling the police in a more time efficient manner with carrier pigeons. Unless you are happy for the phone to take 15 seconds to register each button you press before telling you that what ever function you are using is not responding. I've seen that pop up more often than the Russian babez waiting for. Unless you enjoy the slow torture similar to the feeling you got when your dial up internet connects finally only for mum to tell you she needs to make a phone call.

Budget phone – Was bought as a Christmas present for my partner. He's never used a smartphone before. This was very easy to set up and simple yo use. Comes with adequate storage and a low red camera. Good for kids and those new to smartphones. Battery life is a bit short but it lasts a day so can't complain at the price.  Show details

It's okay. Just a basic phone – I bought this phone for my teenage son. It was not his ideal phone but it is a cheap way for me to stay in contact with him when he is out with his friends. Great for calls and texts, not so great with apps that he wants to use, like snapchat and instagram. The phone becomes slow when he tries to use these apps. But oh well! Cheap and slow – Purchased this as a back up phone and that is about all it is good for. Camera on it is very poor quality and can not hear phone calls if put on loudspeaker. Charges fast and last an ok amount of time. Very slow when opening app's and really only good for very basic internet use. This will end up being a toy for my daughter to play with. But it was very cheap and you really do get what you pay for with this product.
