After almost 9 years of service, my Oricom SC703 baby monitor no longer works, and I can only think of a small handful of appliances and white goods that I've got at home that have lasted that long. My favourite features was the way it went to 'sleep' but 'woke up' when my baby made a sound. I also appreciated that it would beep when the battery was low or it became disconnected, despite how annoying this is to wake up to. I have two kids this monitor has observed, and I am bummed it hasn't quite seen me through (there's a six-year age gap), but I think 9 years is a pretty good run. I would highly recommend this monitor brand.

Amazing customer service by Oricom. Baby monitor wouldn’t pair after 4 years of use (2nd baby, out of warranty). We rang Oricom and after sending back the camera, they reprogrammed it and sent it back within a week! No cost, excellent communication and monitor now works again. Highly recommend for the excellent customer service alone!

Oricon TPMS tyre alarm external Fitment – I purchased an Oricom TPMS 10-6 E for my car and trailer tyre pressure alarm system.I had a problem programming,possible faulty unit supplied, I contacted Oricom who asked me to try some remedial steps I did and no change, so the same evening they sent me a new unit and asked me to return the faulty unit ,I received the new unit today Friday,after talking to them Wednesday and no problems it works programmed as per instructions,Very good customer service experience It’s to early to comment on my purchase but you can rely on them if a problem arises.

Exceptional Customer Service - Oricom International – One of the twin radio handsets straight out of the box was missing a charging contact. A bit of a let down. However then email and follow up call for warranty replacement was seamless. Thank you very much [Name Removed] for the next day despatch of a replacement. I felt my custom was of value!

Excellent Oricom customer service – I recently purchased an Oricom ANU025C car top antenna, and on getting it home, and opening the packet found the rubber antenna and the magnetic base had different sized threads. I rang Oricom straight away, told them the problem, then the lady in their office, without the blinking of an eye said, "OK we will have a replacement sent out to you straight away." Upon emailing a copy of the purchase receipt to Oricom, a new replacement was sent and received a few days later. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Upon placing the antenna in the middle of the roof of a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, and attaching a 5 watt hand held, I was able to get clear reception at a distance of 8 K's over lightly treed, undulating ground. Quite impressed, not only with the customer service from Oricron, but also efective distance of the ANU025C. I can honestly recommend both Oricom, and their "no dramas" customer servive, and their great little roof top antenna.
