Works well, but – Radio works as described, except there is no access to the menu functions as in most other handheld UHF radios so it is not possible to toggle between functions such as - Roger Beep on or off. In a hunting or other quiet required situation this simply doesn't cut it so if transmitting and receiving or running the volume up or down quietly is a requirement for you buy another model. But Oricom and Supercheap Gladstone Qld customer service was excellent and I was able to return the radios under warranty with minimal fuss. I will be replacing these radios with a 2 watt Oricom model that does allow access to the menu functions to toggle between on and off for options like Roger Beep etc. Great customer service.
