It's okay for the price – This is an okay little radio. The audio seems nice and clear, but the screen really let's it down (it sux) some of the changeable colours really block out all the text (ie, the channel number etc) and it's just a bit strange looking, and the sub menu test is not very bold and it's just hard to see what setting you are on It's definitely not terrible, but I probably wouldn't buy another one. that screen really let's it down, BIG TIME! Show details

I have a problem with 1 of 3 that I bought – We have got issue with 1 of the 3 sets that we purchased but can’t get any communication to try to rectify these issues. Have sent Amalia and no response back.

A different way of operating to my previous GME – It was a swap out for a GME unit that had a failed display. Kept the original aerial power cable. However, it picks up a whine from the motor or alternator that wasn't here in the GME unit. Haven't been able to eliminate it yet plus I need to bring it closer to me as the loud speaker volume on high is a bit low for me. Might fit an extension speaker instead.  Show details

disappointed that you cannot buy an electronic item for over $200 and it doesn't work. I'm not sure whether I would buy another Oricom product to be honest. I hope that the new one which I am waiting for doesn't have any problems,that's for sure!

Small but relia – It's a small unit which is what I wanted to fit on my atv. It has plenty of signal and I like the memory system which you can switch and change on the microphone as your travelling along with ease. Works well, easy to install – Bought it after seeing a Father's Day promo To be used for intestate car trips (as o'seas is out for a couple years), mainly for "traffic reports" from other travelers & truckies. Back up when no mobile reception available. Mismatched, no connections matched, and missing half the kit – Only recieved half the kit. The antenna connection has no resemblence to the chanel speaker connections, didnt recieve any brackets to mount the box inside my vehicle, got one flimsy piece of double sided tape to mount it in my vehicle. It was a poor piece of kit. Still havent bothered to fit it due to how mismatched the kit was. Will not be buying oricom again. Dissapointment. Would like a refund Show details

Would definitely recommend.. it’s basic, but it’s clear sounding, loud, easy to use. Use it all the time now – Nice little unit, that has good range, good quality. Ticks most of the boxes. I like it – It's much easier to mount the radio as against finding where to mount the oversized fist mic! A colour OLED display would be an asset in future productions. 'unterminated' to allow ease of locating the power cable through tight locations. Simple job to clip it together, however, the fuse holder is a little awkward and bulky to tuck away. I'll be comparing the radio's Tx and Rx qualities with my other branded mini UHF radio's in the near future. I prefer the rounded corners on the front panel, making it's appearance appealing. I'm more than happy to have it mounted where I can easily get to the controls. I especially like the rotary knob control. It's a winner for me!...
