First time I’ve traveled with UHF. Works well and very handy.
The radio has worked well and not given us any trouble. We also borrowed a small handheld good for caravan manoeuvring. Unfortunately the language and quality of the other users is in question especially if you have children.
Purchased in for $400.

Can't beat it for the price!
Sure, there's probably better radios around and if you need to use them on a daily basis, they may be better suited, but for someone like me, you can't beat this kit. Cheap and easy to install and it just works. Great too that you can hide the main unit as all of the controls on on the handheld.

Good value UHF
Easy install. Has everything needed for a quick installation. Nice and neat. Audio sound is loud. Entry level UHF but more than adequate for a basic CB for most people. Doesn’t feel as robust as other brands but who cares. It does the job.
Purchased in for $270.

Easy to use, and most importantly Neat
I think it is fantastic that all the functions are on the handhold.
This freed up space to put the unit, tucked away out of sight.
Since then, I have been able to get a decent coverage whilst camping in the Coorong.

Great product, does what I need it to
It’s a compact tidy little radio. The hand piece does feel a bit cheap & the controls are not as user friendly as others I have used but it does the job well.

Not working after a month
Stopped working after a month of using it. Do not waste your money on buying their product. Save your money and buy a better uhf radio than these low quality product.

Absolutely Great Value with 6.5 antenna bundle
It has plenty of bells and whistles for a novice like me. It's well packaged and presented, made in Korea. Great value, Mic is comfortable in the hand and speaker is clear. You will need some eyelet connectors for the harness to connect to the battery as not supplied. After you decide were to put it (thats the harder part), it was simple and quick to install for someone with limted technical experience...like me. The unit is small enough to get under dash or glovebox and out of the way. We bought it for our first trip in Outback NSW. Came in handy when stuck behind Cotton Harvesters on the road and being able to hear their call to go around. Worth every cent.

Hi there,
Can you use the magnetic mount with this 360 model, considering it doesn’t appear to have a hole for the grub screw?
Cheers

Hi All, sorry for the beginner question. I am new to these products and need a Marine Radio suitable for Australian coastal motor boating. They normally mention VHF in boating circles. Is this unit, Oricom UHF360, suitable for a marine radio or should I be looking at a different model?
Hi Tony, the UHF360 is a UHF CB Radio and not suitable for Marine. For Marine, we would recommend that you take a look here: https://oricom.com.au/vhf-marine-radios/
