Bad – This phone was quite expensive as I bought one of the first of its kind. Since my purchase I have seen the price drop substantially, however I would still not recommend this touch senistive keypad type design. Do yourself a favour and buy a tried and tested tradidional design. Great modern look and lights up well when in use. This phone does not function well in everyday scenarios. Tasks such as phone banking become particularly annoying as the phone slips into a "sleep" mode after a few seconds, meaning that the keyboard first needs to be tapped to activate it, then the sequence of numbers need to be keyed quickly, otherwise it reverts to "sleep" mode again!! The menus can be confusing to navigate through. Like many new cordless phones, many of the preset ringtones are downright horrible and totally annoying! Volumes even when set to the highest are quite low, and hearing the person you are speaking with on the other end can be difficult at times. Voice clarity could be improved also.

Bad – Only average and would not recommend this product. The fact that you can't copy over phone books to all of the handsets in todays age is ridiculous. Even though it is easy to use, if you set the backlight to a minimum amount of time and you have to press buttons on your phone say for phone banking, you have to press the handset once, wait for the display to light up (engage) and then key in your numbers - it can be confusing at first.

Buy a panasonic, even though it looks not as good, it's function is way better. The look and ease of use The fact that you can't copy over phonebooks and the display is not that responsive

Terrible – While this is a nice piece of electronic furniture on a benchtop, it is almost useless serving its designed purpose. Menu commands rarely work, handset can deafen when it decides to increase volume for no apparant reason and the answering machine recordings are barely audible. Purchase this only to look at and get another phone for the daily practise of commuincating with others Pretty to look at Totally useless

Terrible – I dont recommend this phone at all, looks nice but basically rubbish functionally. I expected more from Oricom especially at the price I bought it for. I actually bought the single unit T1000-1 White model.Looks stylish The touchpad is sometimes very sensitive and at other times very unsensitive. The phone goes into sleep mode very quickly and as other reviewers have stated it's annoying especially if you are trying to use IVRs. The other very annoying thing is the phone rings after hanging up if the person on the other end of the line hasnt hung up. I'm not sure if this is a fault but its annoying.
