Easy to use, and understand how to use – I have used the UHF395 for about 2 years when I go long drives in the outback such as driving from Cairns to Adelaide and return. I usually travel through western Queensland and NSW. I've had no problems at all with the UHF395, until last week, when I was getting ready to travel again and found the UHF395 was not working properly. I contacted Oricom via Email and got a reply the same day. They could not have been more helpful. They have diagnosed the problem and have arranged for a replacement unit, and reminded me of their ongoing support if I have problems with installation or the unit, which I won't have because they are so easy and straight forward to install.
I could not be happier with their service, no fuss, no bother, just get the problem solved for me. Fantastic!
