Excellent after sales support and warranty service five years down the track – We purchased the OMF Supreme queen mattress five years ago and it has sagged on both sides over time and became impossible to sleep on it due to the depth of the sags. Contacted the Nowra store and the after sales support was excellent. The mattress was replaced with a new style without any hassles or any cost. OMF certainly stand by their warranty

Great customer service – we bought a supreme Q/B pocket spring/latex/memory foam (endurofoam) 18 months ago (soft) it was great the first 6 months but the memory foam sagged too much for my husband who is on the heavy side. They picked it up and refilled it but 6 months later same thing. Rang them up and they said it was probably too soft for my husband even though they originally said it would be ok. They have rung and told me to come in and try the firmer one and they will replace it. What more can you ask for. Great customer service/support. Would buy again from them. Mattres was beautiful but just too soft, needed firmer one. Too soft after 6 months

we bought a sleepmaker medallion queen mattress from Harvey Norman Greens road Dandenong store nov 2004 there is a ridge in the middle of the bed and a indentation eather side of this ridge, after talking to 2 or 3 bed suppliers they have said that this should not happen to latex what recourse do we have with this mattress as it is within its warranty period. Regards Val 67

depending how far you live, $200 is reasonable cost for transporting and you will get your mattress fixed. OMF picked up and delivered ours each way but would have cost $100 each way. We got our "new" mattress 2 weeks ago. If still not hapy get back to them.
