Excellent after sales support and warranty service five years down the track – We purchased the OMF Supreme queen mattress five years ago and it has sagged on both sides over time and became impossible to sleep on it due to the depth of the sags. originally said it would be ok. They have rung and told me to come in and try the firmer one and they will replace it. What more can you ask for. Great customer service/support. Would buy again from them. Mattres was beautiful but just too soft, needed firmer one. Too soft after 6 months
