Great system however nat status showing as disenable, never got an answer from arlec after many calls anyone had similar thanks

My Orion SC144 is around 5 years old and it keeps coming up with the error message "These channels have no files". This shows that the system has not been recording. I have tried restoring the system to factory settings, rebooted, logged out etc but noting seems to work. What else can I do short of changing the system. regards Howard

you can have a monitor in house and it will work. but if you need to access video from outside or far away it has to be connected to WIFI net. and have an app [kmeye4 or kmeye] from app store on your iphone.I am sure there will be apps for android mobiles too.

Hard wired system. I find it better than wireless as no interferences.

I just go around to trying to install the camera it say to open the unit up and you will see a hard drive there was no hard drive only and extra power plug , how can I get the rest of the unit??????

If it's an Orion system you can get their support. It's hard to give any advice without knowing what system you own.

SC144 has an inbuilt hard drive and no need to open the unit.connect cameras and internet connection and a lcd monitor and you can set it up. Ring Orion and they will guide you.
