Orthodox Mission Bookstore

The website is TERRIBLE!! – Navigating through the bookstore's website is a nightmare! Often times within the 'English" category, a mixture of "Greek" related books will be found that I find can be extremely annoying. The search bar, when typing in a related title- does not even work! Which can be frustrating! The website needs improvement! therefore I score the website 1*; but have found the turn around time for delivery also slow, but the books are well packaged, so I score 2*. The actual bookstore at Kingsgrove is small but well kept with some Orthodox gift-ware. The staff is both knowledgeable in their product range and polite. Thus I score their customer service relations 5*****.
