Zero customer service – Sales representative takes your money and then doesn't bother with following up or returning calls even when promising to do so.

has moved up the street and been turned off. Radio, Bluetooth, speakers all have issues. Cheaply made and it's literally falling apart, rear centre seatbelt no longer retracting, plastic parts and rubbers literally falling off!. I took it to Jeep (with a full tank of fuel) to have theese issues rectified, they had my vehicle for a week and couldn't fault it so returned it with an EMPTY TANK of fuel!!, even after I returned the loan vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when I got it as requested by them!. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Service manager has the worst attitude on her and is snarky and walks away leaving her staff to deal with the issue. All emails to have these issues rectified have been ignored (despite read receipts placed on them). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! AVOID! AVOID AVOID!
Great Expierience – purchaced my first new vehicle. very happy with the service. Jamie kept in constant contact with me and the delivery process was informative. Will definatly purchase from them again.
Awful experience, wish i had gone somewhere else – Took my car in for regular dealer service. end of the day. Not been vacuumed, no tyre black, nothing. Surprising for a dealer service. They told me the tyre was patched. I paid, left, and then found the service book not updated. The only thing I could see was done was the service sticker on the windshield. I was wondering, has a proper service even been done at all? Then noticed the tyre was still flat. The handbrake loose and sloppy, obviously not checked. Called them up, they seemed not very interested, left my phone number. Terrible service Jeep, won't go back to you next time, if I want to buy a car, also will go elsewhere.

The Worst Customer Service! – I left my jeep for a service and after being picked up by my husband to go to Scarborough for the day, realised I still had my car keys on me. assumed I did not want the service done because I had not left my keys! When I asked why I would leave my car there, they could not give me an answer! Trying to get a reversing camera the Jeep garage fitted on purchase corrected has been a 3 year nightmare too. There is a distinct lack of professionalism with the customer care and we will never buy a jeep again because of this. it is a real shame!
Overcharged, underserved – Overcharged on an excessively high bill in any case. Promises that it would be addressed and rectified are now exceeding 3 weeks with nary a word. Consumer Affairs now notified.
Appalling service department! – Sonny in the service department is rude, obnoxious and extremely unhelpful. He and the service department at Osborne Park Jeep are epitomise the terrible service Jeep are known for.
They Sell dodgy extended warranty – These guys sell dodgy extended warranty! I was told to buy for piece of mind, after learning from other previous customers i wish i had not. They sold me to "National Warranty Company" The extended warranty is pretty much worthless and has no benefit its rated JUNK!
