Good machine but washing takes a bit of time – The machine I bought is an ex-demo. I have used this machine for a few times to make soy milk, juice and smoothie. The soy milk is beautiful, the texture is thick and smooth. Juice and smoothie are also beautiful and the machine is so quiet. However, As other reviews said, The juice are quite pulpy so we do have a to spend a bit of time to strain the pulp. It also takes a fair bit of time to wash. I love this machine  Show details

Still the best slow press juicer in the market after 2 years use – I bought this juicer since it was first out and which was recommended by my Korean friend. Still running strong after two years used. Having no problem on veggie juicing like carrot, celery which I used to juice. Easy to clean and come with the cleaning brush and tools. It does make sounds while juicing but which is acceptable since it is not… Read more

those high pitch sound.

Just a small tip for someone who is trying to juice apple or pear, try to cut them into a thinner slice to avoid the skin blocking the holes on the filter.

I saw another review about getting pulpy after a year of use. I agree, it has been more pulpy now but honestly it's not that bad. The good thing of a slow press juice is keeping a bit fibers in the juice, I personally like the juice in that way. Sometimes it will terribly pulpy if you juice too fast or juice too long/much while the filter is mostly blocked by the fibers, then the juice will come out from the top of the filter become pulpy.

the best slow juicer – I've had this for two years now, and love it. If you do not mind chopping up fruits and veggies into smaller sizes to feed into the slow juicer, this is the perfect juicer for you. Slow juicer, means that your fruits and veggies are less oxidized, and having more more enzyme and other nutrients in the juice, so you can juice a lot and save it in… Read more

the fridge for 2 days. I usually just make them fresh, and drink straight away, as I don't like any type of leftover. Even sitting in the fridge, it will oxidize through out the time. so drink it straight away is the safest. Hurom juicer produces more juice with vibrant natural colour from the fruits and veggies than other juicers. The whole product package has very nice design, looks great on the kitchen bench, user friendly, easy to clean with a small brush and draining rack. It also has two different filters, so you can choose the one with bigger holes to get more pulp, so the finer one to get just juice.

Excellent at first; now too pulpy – I was so delighted with this juicer for about the first year; it was perfect for juicing and cleaning. Unfortunately, after over a year, the pulp build-up is awful. Every time I use it (and I mainly do only carrot juice now as it's such a pain to strain all the time), there is excessive pulp in the juice. I am mindful of cutting the pieces up… Read more

to the correct size, not overloading, etc, but result is always the same - excessive pulp. Have looked for help with it and the solutions are what I've already tried, but in my search I find that a number of people are finding this problem.

It is such a pity because it started off perfectly!

Great Juicer – Have used a centrifuge juicer for over 24 years. After reading that cold press juicing was the best method to preserve the benefits of juicing did lots of reading on different brands and settled on the Hurom 700. Have had the unit for a month and so far am very happy with the results. Have now mastered the reassembly of juicer which has more… Read more

parts to it than my old one therefore takes a little longer. At first found the pulp disposal chute awkward to clean but found best solution is to use a plastic crochet hook or something similar to dislodge anything that doesnt rinse out with water pressure. As its not a cheap unit would be nice for Hurom to include a complimentary set of the seals which will eventually need replacing. Conclusion: VERY VERY HAPPY. Works well, very quiet.

A Beautifully Designed Machine – I started juicing in October 2013 with the Breville Ikon (centrifugal) and was hooked after losing 14kg in a month. However the juice started to oxidise within minutes of being produced and the flavour and appearance degraded quickly. I did extensive research in my price range (around 5 hunj) and decided on the Hurom Boss before going overseas… Read more

for a month. Upon my return I found that Hurom had released a brand new unit for 2014, the HH Elite and decided to purchase it for $600.

This machine runs at 45rpm yet still pumps out the juice at a reasonable rate. Easy to assemble, disassemble and clean it comes with a handy drying rack and two seives, fine and coarse.

Noise is minimal and juice rates seem to be much better, particularly with softer materials such as citrus, watermelon and green leafy materials.

I observe the following rates;

Typical bunch of kale - up to 400ml

Large pineapple - 1000ml

6 carrots, 6 apples - 1000ml

Large cucumber - up to 600ml

Juice does not degrade visibly or in taste for at least 48 hours when refrigerated.

Apart from the ease of assembly and cleaning the juice bowls are the same colour as the pigment stains that can accumulate on clear plastic and the coating of the main unit is extremely durable and easy to clean.

The incidence of jamming is restricted mainly to carrots and once you find the right size to prepare them to is negligible. Ease of assembly and disassembly. Drying rack. Low noise. Great juice yield. Low incidence of jamming. Pigment coloured juice and waste bowls and main juice body. Long lasting juice product. At least 50 mins of continual run time. Celery must be cut quite small (less than 3cm) or pulp exit chute will jam resulting in a total disassembly and clean.
