This manufacturer does NOT honour their 2 year warranty – I purchased this device in Aug 2022 from eBay seller 'syk-health'. It really helped with chronic nerve pain and I used it daily. 8 weeks ago it stopped working. When turned on the screen lights but nothing works and it stopped making the beeping sound. I purchased a new adaptor to see if that was the issue but it also didn't work. I contacted the seller from eBay who refused to replace the device, instead making ridiculous offers of 20%, 30% etc back. I obviously refused because this has a 2 year consumer warranty. I eventually reached out directly to the manufacturer after getting advice from eBay. All in all I have been stuck in an email battle between the seller, and Osito, for almost 8 weeks now, both telling me to speak to the other. At the end of the day Osito manufacturer this device with a 2 year warranty against defects and they are refusing to honour that. I'm at the point now where I'm in contact with the ACCC and consumer affairs as they are breaking Australian Consumer Law. Save yourself a massive headache and purchase an Australian brand such as Revitive. Companies that lie about warranties should Not Be allowed to operate in our country if they refuse to follow the law. Wish I had never purchased from this eBay seller or indeed this manufacturer.
