Avoid ostar poor quality – we were introduce to ostar through our builder and unfortunately after only few months of using plus waste, they were developing rust and some started to peel, of course OSTAR SAID THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. no warranty what's so ever they will fight it no matter what you say they will deny and try to make you at wrong for even taking about it!!!

***Avoid this business at all costs*** – This business sells bathroom and kitchen products that are of such poor quality that you will regret your purchase immediately upon delivery. The abysmal quality is matched only by their non-existent after-sales service. We were introduced to this business through our builder, and at his recommendation purchased all of our bathroom and kitchen accessories from Ostar. Within three months of being installed, many of the products proved to be faulty or of sub-standard quality. The bathroom mirrors all developed grey streaks along the edges. It took months of back and forward before finally they agreed to replace them. They promised to deliver and re-install them. More months went by nothing. Finally our builder went and collected them himself.

The shower accessories began peeling and flaking within 3 months of being installed. The kitchen tapware was faulty. Once again Ostar denied all responsibility and refused to take any action.

Many thousands of dollars were spent (wasted) with this business. If you are looking for poor quality kitchen and bathroom products, and want abysmal after-sales service, then this is the place to go.
