If I got another property with an Owners Corp I'd request the OC to consider changing to these guys to keep costs down while staying transparent.

Since the Our Body Corp admin is driven via a web site /email it does help if all OC members are somewhat computer savvy.

Very helpful with one problem – I have found them very helpful. Brett was great. My problem is going through an answering service and waiting for a return call which on three occasions hasn't happened and had to call back the next day only to go through the answering service again and wait for a call back . I was told the return call policy is within 24 hours. Not good enough
