Absolutely disgraceful service. Incompetence, dishonesty, and a total lack of accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would. I left my denture to be relined on Tuesday 15th July. the lab.” Later, another staff member admitted the denture hadn’t even been collected due to a “morning emergency.” So which is it? Why the lie?

[Name Removed] then called back to say the impression done by [Name Removed] was wrong and that I’d need to return for a new one — with a different dentist, as [Name Removed] had suddenly left and wasn’t coming back. My options? Redo the impression or take a refund and go elsewhere. I chose to return the next morning at 8am.

To make matters worse, billing was a disaster. Despite asking clearly for my husband’s and my bills to be combined, I’m now being told I still owe $325 for his treatment of a filling *which is overly expensive * due to their internal errors and untrained staff. Utterly unacceptable.

And this isn’t our first issue with this clinic: • My first dentures were ruined — their response was to “just throw them in the bin.” • My husband’s partial denture didn’t fit, and his replacement is also wrong. When you raise concerns, you’re made to feel like a nuisance. We’re not complainers — we’re paying customers asking for basic competence and what we paid for, which wasn’t cheap.

The only positives in this mess have been [Name Removed], who was genuinely kind and helpful (though clearly restricted by poor management), and [Name Removed], who personally drove me and my denture to the lab — something [Name Removed] couldn’t even organise because she was late to work (unlike every other staff member who managed to arrive on time). When I asked [Name Removed] if the email I found for formal complaints was correct, she said she didn’t know and to send it to her to forward on — seriously? The complaint is about her. How would she forward it if she doesn’t even know the email address?

She also claimed she wasn’t at work the day this all happened — odd, considering I was speaking to her on the phone. [Name Removed] had even left a two-paragraph note about my denture for her, but [Name Removed] was too busy on her laptop and phone to read it.

Without [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], I would have walked away entirely — with dentures that didn’t even fit.

We run a successful property maintenance business and have now lost two full days of work thanks to this never-ending circus.

The reception staff change constantly, internal communication is non-existent, and [Name Removed] lies so frequently I’m not sure she knows what the truth is anymore.

I have emailed head office and I’m still awaiting a response!

Avoid Our Medical Dental Ashmore at all costs. This clinic is a joke — unprofessional, disorganised, and incapable of treating patients with basic respect or care.
