Fantastic weatherproof, strong and breathable tent! – We bought an Outdoor Connection Herren tent and have never been happier with a tent purchase. This tent does it all! It takes under an hour to setup and is self explanatory. The tent breathes well and provides fantastic weather resistance. It has rained the last 3 times camping and sometimes constantly and we trusted all of our electronics and ourselves in the tent to not get wet. All of the range is fantastic and we will be using this tent for years to come with its exceptional quality! Highly recommend!!

Great warranty help – I had an issue with an Outdoor Connection kettle that I purchased at an Expo. When I contacted Ourdoor Connection , regarding this they sent a replacement kettle (along with a complimentary small torch) which I received within 2 days from a warranty claim. Can't fault that kind of service!

What great customer service in this day – We have had a Timbertop chair side table from Outdoor Connection for a few years and after we mistreated it we wanted another to replace the one we loved. Tried a few outlets in Melbourne, including where we purchased the original one, with no luck. So sent an email to the Company and the GM Sandy contacted us with an offer to allow us tom purchase from them and they would post the replacement to us. And transaction completed very easily. It is almost unbelievable that this level of customer service still exists. We will actively seek out this companys' products in the future.

Warranty – Be careful of the stitching on chairs especially the lumbar support chair. It gives way when your warranty just expires & when the retailer goes into bat for you Outdoor Connection sticks to it's guns & won't help. Very poor customer relations. NOW 24hrs later - have received phone call from the manufacturer. Problem solved, new chair on the way. Many apologies given.

This is a complete turn around & very well handled by the customer relations officer at Outdoor Connection.I will continue to be a customer! Chair comfortable the 6 times it was used. Poor customer relations by the manufacturer. (Initially)
