Terrible Experience With Outside Concepts North Brisbane Branch – I have had a bad experience with Outside Concepts North Brisbane. They installed a deck but i was disappointed with the result. I have told the franchise owner about the problems, but he won't do any thing about it. The warranty is worthless.

Great service – Outside concepts Bayside (Melbourne) built our deck and installed outdoor blinds 2 years ago. I was very happy with the service and the finished product, and we love our outdoor space. David has provided fantastic after sales support. We have had a couple of small issues with the blinds, but David very promptly comes around to assist. I highly recommend David and his team at Outdoor concepts Bayside.

Poor workmanship – My carport was installed by Outside Concepts Sydney North Branch and the sub-contractors they used were hopeless. None of the structure is level and the roof has a dip in it. They tried twice to rectify it, unsuccessfully, then gave up. Now one side is sinking into the ground. The owner of the business was good to deal with initially but the quality of the workmanship was appalling.

dissappointing – We chose Outside Concepts Bayside to do a carport for us in 2014. The man we dealt with was nice and we felt that the price quoted was reasonable, but we were very disappointed with the finished product. They left such a mess, dirt and gravel dumped into the garden, knocking over the garden ornaments. The brickwork near the fence line is uneven. They left timber posts that they cut, not even with the ground (told me it wasn't possible, but my husband then cut it down to ground). We would not recommend this company
