Oxworks Fencing

I ordered 2 gates and a panel, total width about 4 metres, slatted panels. The staff at the office were great, the delivery was on time. It wasnt a big order but it was important for me. Many thanks Oxworks.

Got my order in 2 weeks before the Xmas cutoff period. A couple of physical visits to the office to ensure it wasn’t lost in the system. Promises that I would be emailed an update. Dropped in after Xmas to see what was going on and all but 1 item had been delivered. 1 week latter had my first response and only response since paying, all items were ready.

Extension for pool fencing – Service from selecting ordering to delivery was outstanding. The staff at Charmhaven were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was very quick and the driver was extremely helpful due to my husbands disability with his shoulders.

Great customer service from start to end – I was assisting my son to build a front boundary fence. very useful installation page on their website. The final cost of the panels was extremely competitive. Rather than have the material delivered I decided to pick up. The company booked me in for a time and had the materials ready to load on my trailer when I arrived. Two employees carefully loaded each package on my trailer. The materials were all packaged in such a way as to avoid scratching and damage due to movement in my trailer as I transported to site. Oxworks Fencing has perfected its processes to make the customer experience stress free. While there I observed the process occur in a far larger way as professional fencers were loaded with big volumes of product. I strongly recommend Oxworks, especially for amateur fence builders like me.

On site – Dylan and his team were friendly and considerate, and went out of their way to supply and install exactly what we wanted. Despite this being a challenging job, they turned up every morning with a smile on their faces, a positive attitude, and were absolutely committed to providing us with a high quality, beautifully finished fence. The fence looks amazing – it’s even better than we’d anticipated and its added so much value to our property. Pool fencing – Recently bought 19 meters of aluminium pool fencing and 2 gate's from OX Works at Burpengary. Great customer service from from ordering to pick up. I had to adjust my order due to final measurements and it was not a issue. One fence panel was slightly damaged on inspection when I got it home. It was no issue when I rang up and needed to change it over. All in all it was a great experience.

call them I get no help and never called back as promised . I haven't got an item i paid for and can't get a refund. I am part of a consturction company and I won't be buying anything off them again until they drastically inprove their customer service.

Surcharge is falsely advertised on their website as credit card surcharge how ever they still charge you this even if you use a debit card. The second women I spoke to was called [Name Removed] and she was very rude and said that I can get the refund but i cant get the surcharge back even though the previous lady didnt say that. Pretty bad service and I'll never recommend oxworks to anyone. So be warned they have hidden charges they dont tell you about till after you've paid. Bit scammy to be honest. Ill be submitting a complain with the ACCC and Fair Trading due to this false advertisement and rude staff.

Great product. Terrible customer service. So tired of quotations being done by under qualified staff that can't answer questions, and get my order wrong every single time. experience at Richlands today was excellent and I would highly recommend asking for Karl if you you are after a solution outside of the norm.

Good to deal with, however the steel speartop panels are not durable, they rust at the welds to a point they require replacing prematurely. No warranty . They should have been rust treated then powder coated. Wasted $6000.-

was of high quality, very well packaged and delivered by helpful driver. The experience: Believe me when I say with emphasis, we will NEVER buy from Oxworks again, have already advised family and friends of our experience. Mistake after mistake on final drawings, no ownership by OxWorks staff, the ‘responsible for our order’ staff member unable or unwilling to ‘guide’ us where guidance was needed, in fact was caught out in making a misleading statement (read between the lines) that would have resulted in us receiving job done to incorrect dimensions. Disgraceful.

Great online ordering and friendly staff – Ordered some colourbond fencing from these guys as they are local, online ordering system was great and easy to use. Picked up the next day and staff at front of house/reception were friendly and helpful. Staff from the back dock/warehouse were also super friendly and helpful. Great all round, this was the Thornton store.

Very helpful – Very helpful staff at Richlands Qld - they helped me out when I HAD ordered the incorrect colour and they exchanged it for the right one.... Nothing seamed to be to much trouble for them. I will always use them.

and was greeeting by three friendly sales staff who then directed me to drive into the incredible neat and clean storage area to collect my order.

The two wharehouse staff were also very helpful and when I saw aproduct that I might be able to use the wharehouse person offered some very helpful advice about the particular product and its application and use.
