Oz cylinder head bin job – Bought cylinder head for ford P4AT ranger. Started experiencing excessive crank case pressure and eventually excessive oil usage and leaks. At 9000 klm noticed Engine was becoming a little noisy in overhead assembly. Remove cylinder head and found astronomical wear in valve guides and burnt through valve stem seals causing massive increase in crank case pressure. These cylinder heads are not fit for purpose. At the end of the day a new complete engine was fitted due to damage this caused to engine pistons and cylinder bores. Extremely poor quality cylinder head Trying to solve this situating with supplier but getting absolutely now where. Recommendation’s. Avoid this company like the plague. Pay a little more and buy through your local dealer. Please pay close attention to the attached video and symptoms of failure. Additional photos of damage to engine block and pistons This will not be the end of this matter.

Worst experience ever with this company – Do not buy from this company! The worst experiece from this company, I bought an assembled cylinder head and they sent one bare head, when I called they didn't even apologise and told me to send it back and that they would try and send another one as soon as possible, even though it was their fault I had to wait until they got the bare head I returned for them to send a new one. The new one has no tappet clearance, when I call they refuse to let me speak to a manager. Please do not buy from this rubbish. Im still waiting, two weeks later.
Update: head gasket blew after 4 days!
Cylinder head failure-no reply – Bought a TD42 cylinder head which after less than 20,000klms failed with fatigued valve tips and head cracks. Provided pictures and details but received no reply. Buy genuine if you can.

Have made many attempts to this so called fictitious company about my current warranty claim and don’t even get a reply. Submitted a very compressive statement and costing of the damage and repairs. Still no reply. Should have checked this dodgy person’s profile before having any dealings with them. Note to every body out there. There is no warranty on any thing this company sells.
