Removed] THE MAN asked more to vacuum the three-bedrooms and said the bill will be $110.00 and needed cash. Was told to keep some extra cash if he end's up charging us MORE $$$$ MONEY.

the booking was changed 3 hours before the allocated planned time, and again we asked, " how much will you ask once you are at the property ". ?? WE OFFERED TO SMS THREE PHOTOS OF ALL THREE ROOMS, AS THIS MAN MUST HAVE EYES TO LOOK AT A PHOTO TAKEN ON 26 JANUARY 2023, TO CLEARLY SEE THE SIZE, CONDITION OF CARPET ETC...

no no..... said he must come to site, and wanted to move the set appointment by 3 hours early.... Very very disorganised, very shifty, and not great to deal with, leave alone inviting them to a property.

Please be honest with your customers Have you any formal carpet cleaning products training, or do you go and buy Coles products, come to properties to make the carpets worse.

This is a major liability once [Name Removed] THE MAN damage the carpets, its too late. Leaving excess water in a carpet causes MOULD growth. You must first learn best practice, dont mess with your customers and leave a bad impression even prior to commencement of work.

Left with dirty water still in carpet – Had read the good reviews so I chose Oz Cleaning Solutions. Had told the service man that the carpet was dirty because it didn't get done for 2 years since Covid. Also told him I have an indoor dog. it will be more because I have more than 35 square meters.He did the sanitizing by spraying it on the carpet after being vacuumed. Then he steamed cleaned the carpet, and got a spray bottle and sprayed in the air, I guess that must have been the deodorizing. I could have done better and saved myself $20.00. When he was finished I noticed a lot of water still in the carpet, I asked him if it's normal, he said he used more water because my carpet was very dirty. I was wondering why his machine didn't suck it back up, but said nothing. He said the water is clean. When he left I got my carpet shampooer out, and I sucked out well over a gallon of dirty water which would have stayed there in the carpet if I hadn't done it. I am glad I have this Hoover carpet shampooer, obviously it has more suction than his big machine in his van. I had wanted a professional job done, but I am totally disappointed, and really, the deodorising is the icing on the cake. I thought it would have been a proper deodorising on the carpet. But it was simply an air freshener as far as I am concerned. Just a few spray too, like three sprays in the air in the bedroom...ridiculous. Will not use their service again.

Overall good job. Just one thing we weren't happy with – We had our carpets steamed cleaned on Friday the 2nd of July. Over all a good job was done, but unfortunately we have one fault. The two adjoining rooms, the door was left shut so now you can clearly see where the carpets have been cleaned and the mark that was left un cleaned. He could of just opened the door so a little annoyed about that.

Tiled Roof & Window Cleaning in & out – Very happy with the work conducted the cleaner was friendly efficient and did a great job. I have used them before for gutter cleaning also and I have been very happy with their services. I would recommend them and use them again. Their pricing was very reasonable. They quoted me a price and stuck to that price.

Windows and gutter cleaniing – Have used Oz Cleaning Services quite a few times now. Very happy with the service - its easy to organised, the representatives are friendly, efficient and do a great job. Would recommend Oz anytime.....

Classic double the price on arrival scam! – Was quoted $66 over the phone. And $10 for assisted help lifting to second level. Upon arrival all steps were counted and was more than simply $10 for second level, it was per step! That was not explained over the phone. now $150! This was not explained over the phone either. I thought it was a bit cheap on the phone so I booked it but they failed to explain that it was only a rough quote and didn’t explain anything on the calculation of a larger sized apartment. It worked out to be $3 extra per square over 35. The cleaner was ok but the dealing was just dodgy. I almost had him walking away empty handed just out of principle. As for the clean I can’t say whether it’s good or bad, the water came out dirty but there are still some stains. Please take “Oz” out of the title of your company because this is not how an “Aussie” conducts business.

Dishonest technician – The technician came and gave us receipt before he started his job. When he finished and about to leave with his car, we were honest enough to let him know and pay but accidentally gave him $55 more. Of course we cant prove it when we called him because they asked us to pay cash. Count before you pay because even if youre honest with the technician, he isnt. Only if we could pay with our card and able to leave a record :/

Impressive service – Had a dog urinated on my carpet. Oz Carpet Cleaning team got all stains and smell out. Carpet looks like new again. I called in the morning and they managed to get my carpet steam cleaned in early afternoon and it was all dry in 3 hrs time. Do not take your chances with other companies, go for these people.

the 3br & hall) & all of a sudden the price they gave me via email of approx $110-120 went up to $188 when they arrived to do the job. We couldn't argue at that point because the keys to the property were being handed in the next morning (which they knew) so we had to pay it.

3/ When we came back to the property we found the door was left wide open & the key still in it.

4/ So we called the owner/manager to complain - & he said & I quote 'These things happen'

We made the mistake of not getting them to actually come into quote the job first but regardless of our mistake, they were unprofessional and extremely rude.

I will NEVER use this company again & do not recommend them to anybody.
