3 yrs thrashing from advanced gymnastic routines n still going strong! – We purchased a 14 ft oz trampoline over 3 yrs ago for our 3 kids but mostly for our 12 yr old as shes an advanced gymnast..it gets used every day by her and occasionally some of her team mates and has great bounce its constant flip bounce repeat.lol its definately had a workout and we to this day are so happy that we picked OzTrampoline… Read more ·  1

brand..its still in excellent condition even after 3 yrs of weather and wear its incredibly sturdy with poles and nets still in great nik and we have had sum hefty storms. we decided to purchase the princess style tent top which is fantastic for clear weather sleepovers. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and super fast delivery (like 2 days n it was on the front varendah !!) and you even get a returning customer discount for repeat purchases..i would not recommend any other brand after owning this 1 we have had 4 and there is really no comparison, money well spent :) thankyou oz tramps for your bouncetastic product ;)

Poor quality trampoline shade roof – I purchased the 14ft tramp just over a year ago. Tramp is ok, not much bounce for younger kids, but a good size for when there's a tribe of them! poles. They finally sent us new poles and it was still a nightmare to put up. A terrible design that's takes two people at least 20mins to install. Even the slightest bit of rain it would invert, and we would have to pop it back into position. And now after about 10 months of actually having it up the fabric has gone rotten and started ripping everywhere. The tramp is in the complete shade (we got the roof to keep the leaves off).

Contacted oz tramps and they informed me the roof has a 6 month warranty!! How pitiful!! And they said you are only supposed to use it on hot days and uninstall it every time. Well that's ridiculous knowing how how hard it is to install. So yep they won't replace or refund.

So disappointed, Will NOT recommended Oz trampolines to ANYBODY.

Now off to add more junk to landfill :(

Couldn't recommend this higher – Fantastic sturdy trampoline that is very safe with a net that doesn't sag, plus a net surround that goes around the bottom to stop a wayward child from crawling under the trampoline when another is jumping on it. came with everything we needed (ie a ladder and anchors) so there was no extra expense and was reasonably easy to assemble (my husband did most of it with me helping/supervising at times) with everything we needed (plus extras) sent. Delivery time was excellent (2 days) considering it came from WA to SA and was delivered to my door in a rural area FREE!!!!!! The sales and after sales service is amazing with a phone answered by a person the two times that I have called and my queries answered promptly and politely each time. It seems like OZ trampolines have thought of everything, the two after service calls that I have had have been for a spring that was bent and a zip tag that had broken, both times in the 'just in case' kit sent with the trampoline there were spares already (I just hadn't looked). My kids (1yr and 2yrs) love it and spend many hours each day on the trampoline, not only jumping but just having fun on the trampoline, including incorporating the colored numbers into their games. I did a lot of research into trampolines before we purchased this OZ trampolines one and if your looking for value for money and a trampoline that will last longer then a couple of years then is the trampoline for you, I couldn't recommend Oz Trampolines higher. one word of advice, we actually wanted a 12ft one initially (now we have a 14ft one we are more than happy with it) but they sold out near Christmas while I was deliberating which brand trampoline Father Christmas would bring, so.................. if your thinking of purchasing a trampoline, don't deliberate and maybe miss out, just get the Oz Trampoline one now before they sell out!!!!

Fabulous Customer Service. Very easy to deal with and super quick delivery. We purchased the trampoline for Easter, my kids set the trampoline up (ages 14, 15 and 16) not a problem with easy to follow instructions. Good trampoline, terrible ladder – Trampoline is very well made, good bounce, and will last years, very good material used. Kids love it. One big issue is trampoline is rated to 200kg and the ladder is not, probably only good for 60kg, collapsed under my weight getting off, spent a week off work after dislocating my shoulder. Would suggest beefing up ladder clamps for older jumpers if planning to use this for fitness

Mat was very disappointing – "Santa" brought this trampoline to my daughter. It was the printed mat with shapes and numbers on it. daughter's friends went straight through the mat with no warning. Was not jumping high, the mat just popped and her leg went straight through! Was not happy after spending over $600 on a tramp, expecting top quality, to have it last less than 2.5 years :(

Finally upgraded! – Our 2nd Oz trampoline - 10ft upgrade to 14ft due to kids getting older and needing the room. Great trampoline, keeps everyone entertained for hours! – The Summit 14ft trampoline is made very well and is super sturdy. Great bit of gear, very happy!! – This is a great tramp, Very good quality compared to our previous one which provides a stable and safer unit for our two active kids. Very much worth spending that little bit more than the cheap rubbish ones as what you get in quality and better bounce for that little bit extra, far outweighs the extra investment. skeptical at first but surprised of the quality – excellent quality I have a 9 year old and 11 year old both jump on it at the same time and the net has saved them from falling off multiple times. delivery was surprisingly fast and easy assembly just needed help to connect the base together. It’s a massive trampoline and very stable! We love it and my kids have loved jumping with their friends when they come over! We had a little problem with shipping but when I rang up it was solved quickly - amazing customer service and was shipped out the very next day!
