to pack it up again, Couldn't find any videos or instructions on that, but eventually worked it out. Definitely considering the basketball hoop. Extremely happy with our choice. Kids are out there every day after school trying new tricks and having heaps of fun.

A nightmare to assemble properly – An absolutely abysmal set of instructions, videos that add little to no instructional value to the assembly process. The frame design is fairly bad too, it's very difficult to get the last part of the main hoop into slot, I had to brace the whole frame against a wall to push it in and that's difficult with a 10x15ft item in most people's yards, and massively difficult solo. As it stands I can see the whole mat is misaligned by one spring but you know what? I cannot be bothered redoing the whole thing to find I've gone too far the other way and made it worse.

The manufacturing time it would cost to put a simple marker at 12, 6, 9 and 3 o'clock on the mat to enable easy setting of the mat alignment would be measured in seconds, and the cost mere cents. Instead you the new owner gets to have several guesses at where the centre is only finding out once you've done a few minutes work to find out you have to un-do it. A Sisyphean task.

Furthermore would it hurt to use graded bolts so I know what to torque these fasteners to? As it stands I can feel them yielding under the 1/4 inch drive ratchet I used to assemble it. No instructions on torque settings just 'tighten'. I've got no confidence in the stability of the assembly as I don't know if these joints are sufficiently clamped. No instead we get some lovely looking passivated bolts, with no grade or specifications that I suspect are bottom of the barrel bolts made from floor sweepings.

Setting the frame together is a 2 person job minimum on this size in my opinion. I'm fairly good at improvising a solution but put into your instructions on this size a 2 person minimum so we know to organise a hand before we start.

Now on the spring and mat centreing front I'm not the only person to have this issue, 2 people have commented on the youtube video supplied about aligning the mat and setting the springs neither of which have had a response from the company. There's also a review here about broken springs and mat replacement, which I would have put down to a misalignment of the mat itself and some springs doing more work than others.

Make your instructions better, put alignment markers on the oval trampolines in particular, re-do all those videos to be more instructive than a time lapse of it being done. Before they do things like this, buy something else and save yourself the frustration of trying to put this thing together.

them now their spring is dull compared to actual springs. The way the bounce mat folds back around the springs makes it near impossible to hit them. I haven't seen the springs once from the top side since we've installed it. The netting around the trampoline is very high quality and it will take some punishment to rip it. We've had no issues over the last few months. The only con were the instructions were pretty good but for hopeless builders like my wife and I we had the holes up the wrong way and started to install it upside down! No other cons at all and I can tell they've tried to design and build a high quality and safe trampoline at a very competitive price.

with and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in the future. My kids love the oval trampoline shape, as they can jump at either end at the same time without bouncing the other person too high.

We found the assembly instructions to be easy to understand and there is lots of pictures to follow along with. I would suggest having an adjustable spanner or a drill with a spanner attachment to make it easier to tighten things. It is easier to put together with two people to help each other. Probably took us 3hrs in total with the safety net and ladder and ground pegs, but we weren’t rushing. We also added our own pegging system using some star pickets to ensure the trampoline doesn’t move in high winds, only because we weren’t sure how the pegs provided would go with our somewhat loose soil.

Flimsy accessories – Very good, solid trampoline and netting however the anchor kit and ladder feel very brittle and flimsy, and I'm not going to be able to put my trust in them and am currently shopping elsewhere for replacements. they are up as high as they are (it mentions he last couple will be tight, but the only 2 that went in well (and even then some fraying occurred) were the straight edges. Considering the remainder of the trampoline was put together by myself I would still say it is really easy to assemble with minimal instructions included.

were looking at springless trampolines but when sampling them, there wasn’t really much of a bounce at all, just a mat that gives under your feet. But this Oz trampoline with springs is how you’d picture a trampoline to be. Lastly, the customer service of this company is outstanding. And delivery was super quick too! So glad we went with this trampoline over the other brands. I should note, it is very solid and quite heavy, so not the easiest to move around for cutting the lawn. But completely worth it!

Oval is the way to go! – Great bounce! Kids love it. (9 &11) Oval shape feels safer and gives more space when my 2 kids are jumping together. It was excellent as the rules came with the trampoline which was so much easier to explain to our threenager.
