Very well made Trampoline. This is our second purchase from Oz Trampolines. Originally we had the Round Summit 12' but decided to try the OzUltimate Round 12' this time around. It was very easy to construct and found that we could put the OzUltimate closer to the retaining wall without the kids hitting it when jumping around. Also no screws with the OzUltimate. product arrived a day later. I built the 10ft model in under 2 hours on my own, without trouble. The instructions and numbering was so easy and infallible. My kids who are 7 & 10 love the trampoline and if they aren't bouncing on it together, they are laying on it staring into the sky as the bugs fly past. I have no issues with them doing do unsupervised, as the trampoline is strong and safe, with the net opening a great innovation. I can't recommend this product and their service team more highly. Buy one, they're great people with an excellent product.

We purchased this trampoline a while ago now and absolutely love it! Purchasing online, it arrived very quickly and was pretty easy to put together. It has been loved basically every day since and we have 0 regrets. up was incredibly easy. I was worried because of horror stories friends had told me - but it was easy. The instructions are well written, and I was almost able to complete set up solo, just needing an extra pair of hands to hold the frame steady. The little spare parts bag included is very thoughtful and handy! The kids spent the entire weekend bouncing around, giggling, teaching themselves flips and just having fun outside, they are coming inside (happily) worn out and their nervous systems regulated - I can’t ask for more.

Satisfactory but not without fault – This is the first trampoline I’ve ever purchased. It was more expensive than I’d anticipated though cheaper than spring-free alternatives. needs and the kids enjoy using it. I like that the poles bend outwards to help prevent injuries. The main reason I took off a star is because the information from the company on its website and in email correspondence with me is that it can hold up to 200kg of people in total with a maximum of 130kg per person. But there are notices plastered all over the actual trampoline that say only 1 person should bounce at a time. Annoyingly contradictory. The other thing that bothers me is that the netting isn’t taught. I’ve seen other trampolines with a ring around the top that holds the net in the right spot and helps keep it taut. Oz Trampolines’ though is pretty loose and I worry that when my little ones fall, the net won’t stop them from running into the poles. Our kids are 5 and 7 but they’re tiny things. They can easily use the trampoline together and I can see friends being able to fit on too. I just worry about any rough play that might happen. But at least they can’t fall off or get skin pinched in the springs (fond memories of trampolines in my day lol!)
We bought the european spring upgrade because the kids wanted 'maximum bounce'. These springs look like the standard springs from back in the day. It came with two spare standard springs and I'm glad I got the upgrade because they look a little cheap.
Also the padding on one of the vertical poles came damaged.
Very good value trampoline – Ordered the 14ft ultimate round trampoline for the kids for Christmas. I was worried that it wouldn't get delivered in time but suprisingly it came that same day. while setting up or came like this, I contacted OZ trampoline and received a reply within 20 mins offering me a new net. Easy as that.
Can't fault the trampoline, value or customer service. Definitely recommend.
