Cold called by rude sales person – If the customer sales is a representative of the company I recommend staying away. The sales person cold called me and I advised I was good thank you and not interested. They then proceed to ask if I was a child as I sound like one and then hung up on me. I see I am not the first person to experience this kind of treatment. Look into your sales reps and do a thorough investigation as they will be the end of this company.
Oz Green Australia Energy Broker Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience – I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the poor customer service I recently experienced while interacting with one of your representatives. The incident occurred on the 16th of June 2023 when your company contacted me to offer me better energy deals. From the outset of the conversation, it was evident that the customer service representative, whose name I, unfortunately, did not catch, was impatient and in a hurry to sign me up without addressing my concerns or providing adequate information. Instead of listening to my inquiries and patiently guiding me through the options, the representative exhibited a dismissive and discouraging attitude.
As I attempted to understand the details of the proposed energy plans, I found it challenging to keep up with the rapid flow of numbers and pricing information that the representative was throwing at me. I requested the representative to slow down and clarify some points, but my pleas seemed to fall on deaf ears. Instead of offering assistance or addressing my concerns, the representative insisted that their plan was superior to my current arrangement without allowing me sufficient time to process the details.
To my dismay, the situation escalated when the representative abruptly terminated the call, expressing frustration and claiming that I was wasting their time. This disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour left me feeling disregarded as a customer and undermined my trust in your company.
As a potential customer seeking reliable and considerate service, I expected to receive accurate information, patience, and respectful treatment during our conversation. Unfortunately, the conduct of your representative fell far short of these expectations, which is why I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
Your company must address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Please provide your customer service representatives with comprehensive training emphasising the importance of attentive and respectful communication and allowing customers adequate time to make informed decisions.
Furthermore, I request that you review your internal policies and procedures to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. Your representatives must demonstrate professionalism, patience, and understanding, which are fundamental to building and maintaining a satisfied customer base.
Given this unsatisfactory experience, I am reconsidering my decision to engage with Oz Green Australia Energy Brokers. I had hoped to explore the potential benefits of your services, but this encounter has left me with serious reservations.
